4.0 out of 5 stars Not suitable for larger monitors
The good:Regarding the product itself, it is great quality, and a decent value for the money. The articulation is as tight or as loose as you want to make it. I used the flat table mount method and was pleased with the stability. There’s decorative plastics to cover the holes where the springs are as well. All in all it’s a decent mount if you have the right sized monitors.Onto the not so good:I bought this because it stated it would be compatible with monitors up to a specified size. Unfortunately if you go up to that specific size, don’t expect to get any articulation from the arms to customization your lateral viewing angles as the extension from the mounts arms won’t allow it. Vertical articulation is just as useless. I also tried this with curved monitors thinking maybe I’d get a little more play. Unfortunately, I did not.If you’re pushing these to the limit with 32” monitors, don’t. Get individual articulating arms or a larger compatible dual mount so you can control their vertical and horizontal axis to mount the monitors to your viewing angle comfort.
5.0 out of 5 stars Really sturdy and easy to set up
I've been working on a new desk setup and wanted to mount my monitor(s) to use up less space. I currently only have one, but I'll be getting a second monitor shortly so I went ahead and bought the double monitor mount. I've had this set up for almost a month at this point, and I really don't have any complaints!I was able to set this up very easily and quickly by myself, although I realized the monitor I had wasn't VESA mountable without an adapter (although that's on me for not checking earlier), so I went and got one of those, and was able to finish mounting the monitor by myself. Adjusting the counterbalance was relatively easy and the directions for it made sense. The mount feels and seems very sturdy, and I love that it has some cable management built into it. (We're gonna ignore the cables on the desk for now lolol, I'm still figuring out cable management for everything else.) I also love how flexible the stand is. I can hide the second arm behind the single monitor for now until I get a second monitor. It also means that until I get actual bias lighting, I can move the monitor in front of my desk light for some janky "bias" lighting to help my eyes a bit.I plan on updating if the mount breaks or fails in the next year or two.
5.0 out of 5 stars For the price, these are good
I bought three of these VIVO monitor arms for three 27” monitors. Setup required a little work, but it wasn’t too bad. I simply watched the instructional video on this product page. It shows exactly how to set things up. So far, I’m very happy with these monitor arms. They look nice, and they easily hold my 27” monitors. Range of motion is good too. I have owned several Ergotron LX monitor arms that cost $200, and I gotta say, they are nice, and they are a little better, but they aren’t worth $160 more than this VIVO monitor arm. The Vivo arm is not perfect, but for the price, its pretty good.
Very good
Arrived quickly. Heavier duty for larger monitors. Son says it works great for his gaming monitor.
Economico, funcional
Not support samsung g6 , most buy adapter 50$
Strong ✅❌Not support my monitor
Sturdy Mount - Adds flexibility to bigger monitors
Freed up my desk completely. First impressions are good.Assembly is straightforward enough, the instructions could be clearer but if your use to these kinda things (Ikea type instructions), it shouldn’t be too hard to setup. You can mount the arm to a desk via drilling however, I’ve stuck with the included clamp. Giving it a shake or two, you can tell it’s not going anywhere. Quality wise, the mount is very sturdy, definitely well built.I went for gas spring because the level of flexibility they offer is second to none. Being able to raise / lower, swivel and tilt such a big monitor effortlessly (mine’s 27’) is a real game changer. You can adjust the arms flex-rigidity with a single H5 which is handy. I would say use your own tools when assembling. The allen key’s included are okay but if it’s gunna mount your monitor, you shouldn’t cut corners. If I had one con, I would say it’s not the best for holding bigger monitors while fully extended. It will shake for a few seconds after adjustment but secures itself pretty quickly. Still, this doesn’t take away from the greatness of the product. It’s early days but overall happy so far! I plan on adding a second mounted monitor to my setup but wanted to get an ideal of how it’ll look first. For less than £40, this mount is excellent value for money, you really can’t go wrong.
