I am so glad I found Escuminac Canadian maple syrup. It is delicious and I'm currently on my second bottle! So far, I've used it in chicken salad, candied carrots and pineapples for Easter, deviled eggs, in drinks, and am always on the lookout for new recipes that I can use maple syrup in! The flavor is smooth, rich, and really, you could drink it right out of the bottle it's so good. I love the details on the bottle; it's beautiful and looks like art! It also comes with a coating covering the cap. Some people find it difficult to open, but I love it. It's like I'm unwrapping a present! I leave the covering on the cap itself because I feel it's easier to handle that way, and it looks better. Highly recommend purchasing this!

Been using real maple syrup for many many years. Typically have been buying Costco or trader joes since they are less or supermarket store brands. But man, this stuff is like the fine wine of maple syrup. It really does have a unique flavor and aroma. It is subtle and just elevates anything you put it on. I've had the darker one and the extra rare. Darker late harvest is stronger but still amazingly better than other darks I've had. the rare is really just a knock out if you dont need the stronger maple flavor but it still rocks the waffles. Great to cook with too. I love adding it to dishes to get a mild note of maple to counter the saltiness of other ingredients. Like roasted Brussels or carrots or onions. Hell you could put this stuff on anything and it makes it better. Yes... I know it is a ton of money. But in this case you get what you pay for.

Absolutely love this, however cannot justify the cost when there are other decent options. The taste is quite unique and the bottle and packaging is very impressive. I would purchase again but only for special occasions.

This is my second order of this amazing product. Everyone who loves pancakes, waffles and good cooking products with extraordinary flavor, should try this product. You will not be disappointed. And if you've never used truly, authentic maple syrup, you should treat yourself, or if you just want to see how different and good the amazing difference is between real, maple tree sap produced by a company with high standards, and the store shelf brands that have huge adverstising budgets, just try a less expensive version of "real" maple at your grocer's. There are some good choices out there that are more than colored sugar cane syrup with artificial caramel coloring and preservatives. Escuminac, though it seems pricey, is the real thing. It lasts a long time, because you do not need to completely obliterate your dish to get the deep, rich, maple flavor. It is good value for money, but I know these are really tough times. This is an affordable luxury.

Oh my goodness, this syrup is divine :) After growing up on Mrs. Butterworth's (tasty but basically flavorings and liquid sugar in a bottle), I switched to pure maple syrup as a young adult and assumed all brands of that "probably taste the same" - but I couldn't have been more wrong. I will absolutely buy this one again and again, it's delicious, and so much better than any grocery store offerings.

Last year, good friends of ours took a trip to Canada. When they returned, they came bearing gifts, one of which was an unassuming bottle of pure Canadian Maple Syrup.It was a cool-looking bottle, but other than that, I initially didn't give it too much thought (I don't have a sweet-tooth).A few weekends later, we were having pancakes for breakfast, and I had suggested we open the bottle and give it a go.That day changed my pancake-eating life forever.After tasting pure Canadian Maple, I literally went to our pantry, and threw our Aunt Jemima crap straight into the garbage.Fast forward to this fine bottle of Amber Nirvana.Listen - if for some reason you have never had the opportunity to directly compare pure Canadian Maple vs our ultra-processed High Fructose Corn Syrup passed off as maple syrup - you need to do that now.I guarantee you will wonder why we are giving that crap to our kids.I know there is a steep price difference - but if you eat pancakes so often that you would go through a bottle of this every week, then you may have other health-related issues that you want to consider getting checked out.Yes - you pay a premium for this - but it is THAT good. This Maple Syrup is absolutely delicious, without being cloyingly sweet. It is the PERFECT compliment to your pancakes, or waffles, etc.Unless you eat pancakes every day - treat yourself to a bottle of this, compare it to Aunt Jemima, or Log Cabin, and consider if the $20-$25 price tag is worth it, since a bottle should typically last MONTHS.For my family and I...it is. While expensive compared to say, complete processed garbage, I'll gladly pay it and support the 100% natural ingredients found here.If there are two things in this world the Canadians know better than just about anyone else, it's Hockey and pure Maple Syrup - both of which I love.Oh Canada indeed!

Alles in Allem das beste was ich jemals besessen habe.Selbst in Canada habe ich diese Qualität nur in Sterne Restaurants geschmeckt. Super das ich es bei Bolo bestellen konnte. Ich werde es bestimmt immer wieder bestellen. Letztens hatte den Great Harvest-Tolle Erntevon Escuminac. Hatte ich vorher schon einige Male. Schmeckte nicht gut,war wahrscheinlich Umettiketiett worden. Hätte ich nicht erwartet. Solch eine Firma macht doch sowas nicht, oder? Wer weiß was bei Versand Firmen so alles getrickst wird. Bin jetzt vorsichtiger geworden. Werde sowas nur noch in Frankreich direkt bestellen. Also Vorsicht,glaubt nicht alles. Gruß Wolfgang
