The cranberries were juicy, and the almonds and cashews had a nice crunch to them.Perfect Portion: The 8 oz. size is just right—enough for multiple servings without feeling like you're overindulging.Healthy Snack: It’s a great choice for a quick, healthy snack, especially if you’re on the go or need something to tide you over between meals.Cons:Balance of Ingredients: The main issue I had was with the balance between the seeds and cashews. It felt like there were a few too many seeds compared to the larger, more filling nuts like cashews. Like the portion control sizing
Liked that eating nuts is healthy. However, there is a coating of salt/sugar that makes it tasty but am not sure how healthy. I like it on its own or as a topping to salad/avo, where I don't need to add additional salt.
