Hats off to the designers and engineers, this a great product! No internal moving parts, easy to take apart, relatively easy to clean.Other garlic presses get all the tougher bits jammed into the press holes, making it impossible to clean---not this one. A quick rinse and a swish of the finger inside and the bits all come out.Another review mentioned that the handles were flimsy and broke. I would say that person had some really dense garlic, or they have overpowered grip strength! If you're nervous about that, just don't overpack it or squeeze it from the absolute end and you'll be fine.My only complaint is that some of the garlic will wind up unpressed, and you have to fish it out and press it a second time. Not a big deal for me,but something to be aware of.All in all, highly recommended.

I much prefer the twist action of this ricer than any other one I've used. It's much easier to push food through it than the ones you have to push down on. Cleaning it isn't as easy though. When food is stuck in the spiral groves, it takes a lot of effort to really clean it. It doesn't just rinse out, you have to apply pressure with a cleaning device in order to clear it. I think it's fantastic for it's design for the food you want to really mash, but expect to take some time cleaning it up when you're done.

Initial impression was a sturdy well built design. Very ergonomic and even my young daughter was able to use it. The Bad: The tolerances on metal cup and plastic helix piece are way too loose. When ricing potatoes, about 10% of the potato squeezes out the sides and over the top of the actual cup. So you then need to scrape all that off into the bowl or pot before you can do another cup. Also you have another 5% that has squeezed into the little grooves on the plastic helix part. This thing is huge, thick, and oddly shaped. It's a pain to store. Annoyances but still usable. I ordered mine around the end of April 24, (didn't receive for a couple months) it's now Sep 26 24. I hand-wash it but noticed water leaking out from hollow area in the plastic helix. When I tipped it more mildew smelling dark tinted water came out. Its outside the Bolo rerurn window and im not going to bother with warranty. Unsure why they used a 2 piece design on the top and didn't seal it well. It seems like the guy who designed the lower half got fired before he did the top.

One of the best masters, EVER. So easy to use and rice's the potato perfectly. Dishwasher safe and cleans very easily. Also great for users suffering from arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, as I am.
