I can't say enough good things about the TITAN brand of products! The company is owned by fellow veterans who have been in the field and know what is required. The customer service is the best! After I received the product the company emailed me to say if there was any problems to contact them and they would make it right, many companies do not have that level of customer service. Most companies when trying to contact them are either impossible to get a hold of or the customer service is outsourced and they could not care less. All the products I have purchased from TITAN have been outstanding! The level of craftsmanship is exactly what I'd expect from veterans who have been in the field and know what it means to have products that are functional AND durable. They are what I think of when I think of American pride and quality! It's a great piece of mind knowing they stand behind their products 100%! I bought a bunch of these emergency blankets and decided to try one when a group of my friends and I were sitting outside at night, my girlfriend told me it worked so good that she was getting extremely hot...she had to take it off, I tried it and I could feel my body temperature rising and decided to take it off. In a situation where I had to stay warm from the elements it would be perfect! As retired military I love the fact it's camouflaged, if I want to be seen all I have to do is flip it around so the shiny part is on the outside. I have a bunch of these in my B.O.B.

These are not cheap flimsy excuse for a space blanket. Case in point. Recently, lost power at home. Was 40°F in the house. Placed this blanket atop my bed's standard blanket and was warm as toast all night until power was restored around 6AM.Bottom line is that I keep one in the house and one in the car. It's a genuine survival tool worth having.

Included ebooks are helpful and interesting to read. The blankets themselves function just as you would expect and they are large enough to cover a single person with enough to tuck under to keep you from sitting on the wet ground. Unless of course you stretch the imagination for size in which case use two. Similar products are often bright silver/gold/red or orange, as a signaling function. Sometimes you don't want to be found and these help with that. They seem to be a bit more durable than a couple others I've had.

Titan gear is great quality and these blankets are no exception. I have these in cold weather kits including jackets, vests and bags. I’ve also given these as gifts to friends that venture out so they have an uh oh back up. They’re a bit thicker than the cheaper versions out there and having the option of having camo or rescue orange is a nice touch
