Normally, I didn't have any issues and it seems to work well but recently I have received applicators that are not full. It isn't fun to have to use two when one is empty or half or less full. Luckily not often but more so recently.

So far I am pleased with this personal feminine product.I was using a prescription cream.I developed some problems from the prescrition cream and I had to discontinue use.Since lubes aren't enough for me to use, I had to find something that was as good as the prescription without the reactions I had.I found this easy to use and it worked as well as the prescription.I recently ordered more since I can't seem to find it in any stores near me

The design of the applicator is very poor.The top does not always come right off with a twist around. You will bleed if you think the applicator is ready to use and it really isn’t, I did! The tip is very sharp if the top has not been removed properly! Bend it back and forth, then twist it. Be sure the point is removed before use! The product burns a little and does not last long. Be careful if you use this!

Very disappointed in the last 2 boxes I have received. Either the top doesn't come off correctly and unable to use or there isn't any liquid in the tubes. Not sure I will order this any longer.
