My advise don’t take two to start off. Two caused extreme cramping and although at work I was uncomfortable for half the day. One, worked as well but still too much. I am down to 1/2 when needed.

Do you need to poop? Eat one of these guys and you'll unload like a dumptruck. I've been buying them for occasional use for the last three years. I work out and have a high protein intake which can block me up pretty good. I do my best to get enough fiber but one or two meals off the beaten course can really mess things up good.I only need these once a month or so, but when I do, boy do they work.
