I ordered a customized watch roll with my initials, that I ordered on the weekend. First thing Monday morning I see that it was being shipped - awesome!! Unfortunately, the shipping company lost my package. I let the seller know and they said they would process a refund right away, but I opted to see what happens. A week later, the item was still missing so when I reached out to the seller, they immediately made it right and got me a new one. Things go wrong from time to time, and this was not their fault in any way, but the way they handled it was top notch!! On the roll itself, great quality vegan leather, nice and soft on the inside and 2 sizes of pillows. I show that with the Omega watch being on the smaller squishy pillow, and the other 2 on the larger firm pillows. My wrist size is 7 3/4" for reference, and any of my watches would fit. My watches in the pic are 40mm or 42mm, but I also tried it with watches that are 45mm to 47mm. There are short side walls I was a bit concerned about, but once placing my watches in tightly on the pillows, they are not going anywhere and I have no concerns of them knocking together. My only negative I could find was the way it sits. In the first pic, it sits perfect, but that took me several times to get it to sit that way. Usually it rolls forward, almost to the snap, so that is what the last pic is for. I don't have an issue with it, just pointing it out, and maybe I am doing something to cause that. Either way, no bother to me, and I would highly recommend the product, and their fantastic customer service as well!!

Our son likes this travel case. It accommodates 3 watches which is all he needs for traveling. It's pretty compact and the quality including stitching is quite good for the price. Would buy it again.

My husband was in great need of a travel watch case due to constant business travel. This was one of the first ones that caught my attention and no other product seemed to look as clean and well made. I was definitely very happy with my purchase and my husband loved it! It was a bit of a risky purchase because there was no information (when I purchases) on the watch face size fitting without rubbing each other...that is a common problem he has with watch boxes. However, it fit his oversize watches perfectly! The only reason why I left one star out was due to the lack of measurements in the product review as well as the cushion measurements. We didn't realize it was going to be an issue until we wrapped around one of the cushions and realized how difficult it was to close the metal clasp because of how firm the cushions are. BUT DEFINITELY NOT A DEAL BREAKER! Just would've like to have some more information on the size of watches that could fit well into the case.The product itself is a great material, easy to wipe down with a damp cloth and ultimately very sleek looking, even I want one now!

This is a very nice looking case. The stitching is very nice, the snap is sturdy, and case is very durable. I'm very gentle with my products so I don't anticipate any failures.My ladies wrist is very small so I removed the inner bolster, roll the outer felt to fit inside my watch band & it lays inside the case with no problem, I just don't use the inner bolsters.My ladies Rolex & Omega watches travel very nice & secure in this case.I've very happy with my purchase.

I bought 2 since I didn't have anything to store my small watch collection. It does the job and protects them well. What I like the most is that it comes with 2 size cushions for large and small wrist size watches. I use the small one, since mine are for 6.5" wrists.I think the cases are too big for travel, it takes too much volume, just my opinion, but it does protect them well if that's your priority. Other less volume options could be a leather or cloth watch roll for travel.Overall this serves it's purpose and I wanted something to store my watches at home. Great value price too!

The original watch roll with monogram was shipped with an imperfection on the top flap. But customer service quickly sent a replacement at no charge, which arrived in perfect condition. It looks beautiful. A gift for our son, which I know he will appreciate.

La calidad es excelente, se siente muy bien, muy suave al tacto el material, el color es bonito. Por dentro es también muy suave. Es un estuche bastante grande, en las fotos tengo mi Diesel Full Guard DZT2005 (48mm) y un Invicta Bolt 23860 (48mm), ambos son relojes grandes, en especial el invicta es bastante grande de tamaño tanto que el cierro es justo en cuestión de 1mm o menos, se pueden apreciar las marcas en la parte superior de la tapa (era algo que me tenía preocupado) pero el estuche viene con 6 almohadas para reloj de 2 diferentes tamaños 3 grandes para relojes pequeños y 3 pequeñas para relojes grandes. En las fotos se aprecia mejor el tamaño y como quedan después de usarse por los relojes.Lo único malo que pudiera darle es el logo y la costura que quedó abierta, pero se arregló con un poco de fuego y ya está, no me gusta para nada como se ve el logo, pero no lo compré por eso así que es algo que pasa de mí.Definitivamente lo recomiendo si tienes relojes grandes y también para pequeños, ideal para viajar o simplemente para guardar tus relojes preciados.
