5.0 out of 5 stars Solid monitor stand. Bought a second one.
I was apprehensive about this product because it's one of the cheaper items listed and had some unfavorable reviews. However, I am glad I took the risk! I couldn't be happier with the product and I ended up ordering a second one. Here's what I found favorable. This was easy to assemble and I was able to mount the monitor with ease by myself. It came with simple instructions and all the tools and parts needed to assemble it. Other stands I've owned or used required two people to mount the monitor. The range of motion is superb! Once I loosened the screw to the main arm as explained in the directions, I was able to rotate it with ease. While I don't plan on moving the monitor often, I was able to move it 360 prior to locking it down to the table surface. Once locked in place, I was able to move it up/down, left/right, and tilt viewing the angle with little effort and it held the position firm.It has small clips towards the based of the arm to hide the cable. While it's a nice touch, it's not needed. I find that if you decide to move the monitor especially pulling it forward towards you, that lining the cables in the clips will restrict movement for short cables. Again, not a deal breaker for me as I don't plan on moving it often. The base is solid and is holding firm to the table. It is easy to adjust as I had to do this a few times to get the arm and monitor in a sweet spot for how I conduct business. The finish on the arm is a mix of what seems to be polished metal/chrome and plastic. While the plastic has a cheap feel to it, I believe this was done to reduce the weight of the arm and allow certain types of movement such as hiding the cables, etc. In addition, the arm is not visible due to the size of the monitor, therefore making the finish a moot point. I merely grab my monitor to adjust the position I desire.Overall, I am extremely please with this arm as it supports my large monitor, it is very adjustable, sturdy, and inexpensive! I would recommend others who are in the market for a single arm mount to consider this product!
5.0 out of 5 stars Very good product at a good price once you figure it out
This monitor arm really holds up well once you get it set up right.I'd definitely recommend it, but just a heads up – the instructions aren’t the best. I learned a couple of things from reading other reviews that helped me understand how to install it correctly and I’d like to share those tips to make your installation smoother.Initial Mounting: There is a crucial difference between setting the clamp at a lower notch and extensively tightening it, versus positioning it at the highest possible notch with minimal tightening. Initially, I opted for the lower notch for ease of installation, but this led to the base sliding sideways too easy with any pressure. It wasn't until I adjusted to the highest notch that the stand became stable and secure.Assembling the Arm: Resist the temptation to fully assemble the arm before attaching the monitor. This approach is more challenging and might require an extra pair of hands. A better strategy is to install the base to the desk, add the first part of the arm, and then lay the monitor on the table, attach the top part of the arm to it, and then mount this assembly onto the stand’s base.Adjusting tension: Do NOT attempt to adjust the tension WITHOUT the monitor mounted. The gas mechanism requires the monitor's weight to function properly. No matter how much you twist and what direction, if the monitor is not mounted, the arm will just go back to it's highest position. In conclusion, considering the price, this monitor arm is a fantastic choice. It’s well-built and reliable once properly installed.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great Monitor arm with a minor flaw in the clamp.
So... I love this arm for many reasons...Works exactly as it should, has relatively quick installation. The arm itself is great, had to tighten the response so it didn't drop my monitor down at a more compressed setting, but once that was done it works perfectly. The base is sturdy and the flex on the arm is great, able to rotate nicely and smoothly.I did not experience any issues on my Dell U2412m for attaching it to the VESA mounts and no spacing problems that others had with their LG monitors. There is one... one really annoying thing and this is where you will have to decide if it works or not for you... The clamp mechanism uses a plastic turn knob. This isn't a problem when there's no weight on the arm, but the moment you have any weight on it, you'll find that you can twist the knob right off the screw thread. Its a very annoying surprise, and I see now why other manufacturers use a all metal loop on their clamps. This one feature is a real annoyance for myself. I will unfortunately be apt to return it unless I can solve this with my various home tools to a better satisfaction. I don't hold this against the manufacturer, but they should seriously look at replacing their plastic knob clamp with an all metal loop like other manufacturers. I'm sure its a cost issue, but it will mean better results for their customers in the long run.Otherwise this is a REALLY good deal. You get a great gas/spring arm that makes your desktop much more open/available and lets you be much more flexible in your screen configuration. Highly recommend you try it at this price point and see.
5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE IT!
I Just received my monitor mount today and I love it. It's holding up my 27inch monitor just fine. I like the desk space it gives me, ease of movement and adjustment. And great wire management. I used the screws that were included in the package, Two small screws for the top and larger ones with stand offs for the bottom. I did use a small piece of wood to support the base since my desk has a metal layout. I didn't have any difficulties setting this up, but for those who are, look up the product on YouTube and there's a channel called Type C tech review that'll show you how it's done. I'll update you guys 2-3 months from to let you know how it's still holding.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for the end table.
We mounted this to the end table so my wife could use her desktop while sitting on the sofa. It worked out perfectly. It's very heavy duty, and easy to swing in and out of position.
Affordable, easy to set up, good quality
I've been using this monitor arm for about a year now and I've since ordered others for other desks. The installation of it is very simple, it functions as intended and it was a very fair price. I have no complaints at all about it at all.

Excelente para Wacom cintiq 16
The media could not be loaded.
