I bought these heat pads to get some relief of aches and pains. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the SunnyBay Adhesive Heat Patches. The individual patches are packaged well, the adhesive is powerful and long lasting. The heat is activated by the air, so the patch is warming up while you are positioning the patch where you need it. The pad is so comfortable, I almost forgot I was wearing it except my pain was reduced. Hours later when I removed the clothes the patch was attached to, I noticed the pad was still warm, and I had to pull it from the clothing. It wasn't going to fall off. I will continue buying this great product!

I recently bought a box of these air-activated heating pads, and they've been a game changer! Okay, so I really like Therma care becasue the wrap around keeps the heat where you want it. I found with these if I put them on my shirt, I did not feel the heat. I have arthritis pretty bad in my lower back which will give me trouble when I am trying to sleep. I don't feel comfortable using a heating pad to sleep on because so many of them can cause accidents. I put my thinking cap on and was trying to figure out how to make a waist belt that would hold these in place and thought of a money belt. I started searching on Bolo and found StashBandz Unisex Running Belt and it has pockets in front and back. I started using that to hold the heat packets and it works great. I like this better than Therma care and you cannot beat the price of these. Well, actually Walmart sells them cheaper.

These pads are a HUGE relief! I’ve been experiencing lower back pain and was using Tiger Balm, but can’t stand the strong smell of it. I never want to go out in public wearing Tiger Balm because of the distinct scent.So, I decided to give these pads a try. I love that they are 100% Natural and made in the USA. While comparing other similar products trying to decide which one to purchase I chose this one because of that.The pads come individually wrapped and are easy to use. Just tear open the wrapper, peel off the sticker on the back and applied it to my shirt. No mess, no fuss, and most importantly no strong odor like Tiger Balm. I can easily go out in public wearing this and no one would even know I had it on if I threw a jacket over my shirt.It’s a good size and the pad warmed up instantly. The heat lasted a long time and provided some much needed relief to my lower back. Also, after the pad stops working it’s great to be able to recycle it and use the powder on my plants. It’s reasonably priced and I feel I’m getting a lot of bang for my buck. Will definitely be buying more. Highly recommend!

These adhesive patches are the BEST thing I have found to calm my aching legs so that I can sleep soundly at night. They have also eased a chronic spasm in my thoracic area, allowing me to remain active during the day.The fact that the patch adheres to the inside of your clothing, as opposed to your skin is a big selling point for me.This allows me to position patches for my back pain by myself, in places where a skin adhesive patch is too difficult to reach. I lie my shirt on the counter and stick the patches onto the inside of the shirt, then pull it on and the heat goes to the right place!They have a tab so that you can tear them open anywhere, anytime (no need for scissors). The paper backing removes cleanly and easily…And the heat lasts for hours and hours!!I have had a patch on from bedtime until noon the next day, and it still has some heat in it. Other patches I have tried don’t even last the night.Not only is this an amazing product, but also an amazing seller.I had an issue with the adhesive in a box that I received months ago. Every patch was not sticking properly. I messaged the seller about it and not only did they send a new box, they also took the time to apologize and explain the problems that they were overcoming to prevent this from happening in the future.As a matter of fact, I was just in contact with them and they told me that they are making the adhesive even stronger!They also told me that Bolo does not let them take part in the Subscribe & Save program, and they keep the product priced as low as they can for the consumer.They have production costs, packaging and shipping costs which continue to mount, and yet the patches have remained close to the same price the entire time that I have been a customer.I don’t know what I would do without these LIFESAVING heat patches. They have truly contributed to my quality of life, and my sleep and pain management.If you are looking for a type of heat patch to ease you pain, look no further… you’ve FOUND IT!!

These heat patches work very well. Easy instructions, warm up to a comfortable heat within 20 minutes and retain their heat for several hours. I would like these to be a bit more adhesive as I need them for my shoulder which is a very mobile area. However they do stay in place. I will purchase again !
Holds heat for a very long time!!
These instantly give off heat and last a long time. I can put one of these on before I go to bed and it’ll still be warm in the morning.I would recommend these for a flat surface of your body but not a curvy area like a shoulder where you have more movement because they are a bit stiff which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 rating.
