This is the 2nd or 3rd unit that I've purchased over the years. The product is of good quality, they just all break over time. I really like this brand and product. It holds a bunch of debris. We live in a wooded area, and our pool is always filled with leaves. We can skim almost the entire pool before emptying this skimmer. I usually get about two years or so of solid use before I break one. However, the value is strong. Good quality product for the price.

This net has a very wide opening to easily scoop up the leaves in our pool. The opening has a beveled edge to allow the net to get under the leaves to scoop up. The net itself it very deep to allow for more leaves to be scooped at a time.

This was a great product, I was happy with its performance. After five years, the netting started deteriorating and ripped very easily. I wish I could buy a replacement net somehow. I feel bad that this is now trash.
