You will not wake up the next day with sore muscles. You will feel a little bit of tenderness, but as far as pain it does not Exist!!Since turmeric helps with inflammation your muscles won’t be inflamed that’s why this product works. I love it so much and I recommend to everybody. I’m about to run out so I will be purchasing more.
