I have been using NatureWise products for over 6 months now, and I whole heartily recommend them all. I love how natural NatureWise products are, and the company promotes healthy lifestyles. DO NOT EXPECT A QUICK FIX! If you are looking to lose weight the right way and keep it off, this company will help you! Personally I have been using the Raspberry Ketones, to help my food cravings, and the Green Coffee Bean extract, to help boost my metabolism and energy. Along with diet and light exercise, I have seen a different in my figure, but most of all my overall mentality. I have more energy, less desire to eat out of boredom, and less late night cravings.I received an email about this new product and decided to give it a try. I originally purchased this product and then was given the offer of a free bottle for my honest review. I have only been using it for a few weeks, but I have already seen the benefits. My sleep has greatly improved. It helps me go to sleep and stay asleep, but try to get 7-8 hours every night or I notice I feel a little groggy in the morning. Weight loss wise I cannot comment on yet, but by the history of the other products I use, I am sure to see some results in the up coming months.

I have taken this for three nights so far, I bought this as well as the day time version, and with Naturewise you get a ticket inside to redeem a bottle so am going to be receiving a bottle of this for free, just on the grace of leaving a review, as this bottle is coming to me after the purchased bottle it certainly isn't swaying my review. Getting sleep for me, on a good day is challenging, now...ridiculous, I say that, because I now have a teething six month old and he likes to be grumpy and pop up at all hours. So my lack of getting a good night's sleep in before I was pregnant even, much less now with a teething infant, hard commodity.Just even in this small window, taking it as directed, about twenty minutes with a tall glass of water before I head in to lie down, I feel really restful and relaxed, ready to head to bed. It is wonderful, but I don't feel medicated sleepy, like a chemical sleep like I have taken something akin to when you have taken a sominex or when you are ill and take Nyquil, just a natural hey, it's time to sleep, rest that comes on in a quick burst, but not so quickly that it jars you. The fact that it has the extra benefits, well all the more intruiging. Will come back and add on with more on that, as it has been just the three days/nights.

I'm not sure if they changed the ingredients but I ordered this product when it was called Thermoblend Nighttime. I loved it and it has been months since I used it. I wanted to order more and seen the name and packaging changed but figured it was either an improved formula or perhaps they wanted to make the packaging more uniform with their other products. The first few nights taking this I would wake up with an upset stomach but a quick breakfast and glass of water made it go away, I thought I am probably just hungry! Well fast forward to this morning - same upset stomach but couldn't stand the thought of food, my body felt very hot, it might have only been a minute or two but then I was on the floor with my two dogs staring at me, I've never fainted before so they was scary and new. I ended up calling off of work to take it easy for the day. I LOVE Naturewise and all of their products so this is not to bash them, I will still buy their CLA and probiotics that I love so much but this one whether is has had any changes to it or not gave me a very different experience this time around them in the past.

I didn't really notice this product doing much. However, I will say that Naturewise is a FABULOUS company. Though this product might not have worked out perfectly for me, their customer service is AMAZING and they do have a lot of good products that do work well. They are a top quality company and their supplements are usually very good! If you try a product that you don't care for, they will easily refund your money. I've been very impressed with them!

The first couple of days were a little ruff sleep wise, i was up more than usual using the bathroom. But after the first few days - slept soundly which for me is a huge relief. Not groggy in the morning or feeling of drugged. As for weight loss - my problem is my baby bump. I had a baby a year ago and despite my trying i was having trouble loosing the baby bump, but after 2 1/2 weeks using this product I can tell my bump is slowly disappearing. I don't have much time for the gym but I suspect if I did exercise more than the 2/3 weeks I do get than I would be loosing it a faster with this product. But this product works with my schedule and I am seeing positive changes in my waist line and sleep!! So I am a fan, regardless of getting a free bottle with this review...

I have problems sleeping at night and used to take over the counter sleeping meds that leave me super drowsy the next day. This one works differently. It doesn't "knock me out" like the sleeping meds but kind of relaxes me somehow. I usually take it 30 mins before bed time and by the time I hit the pillow I feel mentally tired enough to fall asleep. The mind is the hardest part to rest even when your body is tired. It works wonder. I'm not sure about the loosing weight part but I've been eating a ton of ice cream due to stress (which makes it hard to fall asleep as well) but haven't gained a pound. And I don't go to the gym either. I also like to eat a lot! So this product must do something right. If I exercise I might even loose a few pounds! I'd recommend this product for those whose tired of using over the counter sleeping meds that makes you drowsy or afraid of being addicted to prescription sleeping meds. Also, if I don't take it one day I don't feel bad or "withdraw" simptoms either. So glad I found this! Ordering some more now :)
