Easy size etc to swallow. Helped me right away. They seem to slow down the effectiveness after a while however I forget to take them everyday so easily could be that.I am pleased with the purchase.

I will start with saying I have been suffering from slow bowls movement since well over 25 yrs now....My gallbladder was removed many years ago and that contributed a lot to my annoying come and go constipation....I tried everything over the counter or Rx....The Rx one was too hard on me and had to stop taking it....The over the counter remedies were several but I will only mention the ones I have taken more frequently. I have tried digestive enzymes with probiotics but to no avail....I have tried both Metamucil and MiraLAX....Need to mention that Metamucil was the worst for me because I was not drinking enough water to truly make it work...but on the other hand...drinking too much water would cause me non stop trips to the bathroom non stop....MiraLAX was the best of the two..even though I bought the Walmart brand the Equate ClearLAX...Then I saw this Nutricost Psyllium Husk 1500 mg 500 capsules and decided to give it a try.....I tried the 3 pills recommended daily intake, but that turned out to be a little too much for me....Then I tried 2 daily pills and it works just fine for me...I even tried to see if I could get by with only one daily pill...but for me...I found out the best dosage remains the two nightly pills I take with my dinner....It turns out that it is even better than the MiraLAX (ClearLax), that I used to take and of course without having to mess around with dosage in an 8oz cup...So what can I say....For me this has been an answer to my digestive distress....Thank You Bolo for putting such a fine product on your site. I am really very, very happy with this product. Congratulations to the makers of such fine and incredibly sound product. Hope it will work out for you as much as it continues to do for me. PS..Usually I do not like to write comments on product...but this one really deserves to be singled out..hoping to help somebody else out there....
