The orecchiette has changed, I think since it's been distributed by Marovato (I could be wrong.) The new pasta is has more of a "home made" look to it. However, I prefer the older pasta. The new stuff feels doughy, cooks unevenly, and has a strange texture. The flavor is very good though, especially if prepared with the listed additions (anchovy paste, white wine, etc.) and I like to throw in some red pepper flakes. Other one-pot pastas from Tiberino are also very good, the puttanesca and black pasta with capers are among my favorites.

I can’t believe how delicious these dehydrated meals are! I always add some sausage to them and it’s a complete meal. A bit pricey but very convenient and tasty.

This product should be vacuum sealed but the seal was broken on arrival. A different variety Risotto with Orange Zest I prepared but the Orange zest was way off tasting and created stomach upset after just tasting a quarter teaspoon. Avoid this variety. Other items from the company are good. Not buying this again.

I was trying to support our little specialty market through Covid. I picked up a couple of these one pot meals. They are so good! I had the left over roasted chicken n a pot with water with celery and shallots. I cleaned the meat off added it back and dumped this packet in the soup. It is amazing. Broccoli flavor is good! Going to buy more

We discovered this product at Ancient Olive in Winter Park, FL. Excellent al dente. My wife adds ground pork sausage, sun dried tomato, olive oil and seasonings. Makes a quick and flavorful meal for two.
