Made me sleepy. I only take it once in a while. Definitely feel sleepy and kind of out of it. Similar to CBD. Have a friend who takes it, and she says it puts her in a good mood so… The company has the best quality products but also the highest prices.

This awesome extract of ashwagandha blows all the other brands away. It gives you a warm vibrating feeling all through your body. It really takes the edge off and has many added benefits. Goodbye anxiety.Nootropics Depot is unique. I have not run into any company with better products or better customer support. This is a no bullshit company. They will always lay out all the facts on all their products clearly and answer all your questions thoroughly.If a product is not working for you they will tell you why. They will give you options of other things that may suit your personal DNA better.The real question is what came first Nootropics Depot or the brain.My only regret is that I wish I would have waited until I received my first shipment from Nootropics Depot before trying to post on Reddit. I've been taking Ashwagandha root for a while however this is my first ksm 66 extract. I was concerned about the poor reviews however I saw that the Nootropics Depot guys are active in reddit and that gave me confidence to purchase from them.I am not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of Ashwagandha from this company. It's high quality and I definitely feel more chill, focus, calm, and clear. I also enjoy the extra clarity and energy before workouts. Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, etc, all felt very juicy taking this brand's Ashwaghanda. I also feel more recovered taking Ashwagandha post and pre workouts.Commuting in public transportation can be stressful and usually in those situations, I would be anxious and stresssd out however with this stuff I feel very zen. I simply go through the crowd camly.Things don't worry me as much and I'm more strategically easy going when I navigate through stressors.I do have a question though. When I ordered the 90 count Ashwagandha it had a tamper proof aluminum foil seal in addition to the outside shrink-wrap. My friend ordered two times of the 180 count pill and there was no tamper proof aluminum foil seal, just the outside shrink wrap. Is there a reason for this?Thank you for being active on reddit! It built my trust thanks to your transparency.

I went into this schematically, as I’m new to the world of nootropics and I’m always suspicious of things that don’t get FDA clearance as a medication but make medical claims. As a result consider everything that I’m about to say to be a trial size of 1 (pretty much coincidental).I took this in a rather stressful time in my life, just started a new corporate job and just out of college. When I took this it was about mid afternoon. When I tell you that this thing hit me like a truck, I mean it. It’s hard to describe but I felt calmer, a general sense of well-being and exhaustion. Very tired. To the point that I did fall asleep shortly afterwards. I woke up in the morning (about 5 am). I felt rested but most of the effects were gone. I planned on taking one at 9am and starting a schedule of it. I took it again and felt calmer again, no general sense of well-being this time and mildly drowsy but nothing compared to day 1. I weathered it out. I should mention I felt effects about an hour after ingesting, and it was taken with water on an empty stomach on average.The third day, and subsequently up to the current day (it’s been a week so far), I felt calmer after ingest but all other effects had ceased. I don’t know if that means it’s working, or if that means I’ve built a resistance to it. I will likely continue to take it, as the calming effects are worth it alone to me.I do recommend this product.

Updated 3/12/2020 after consuming 180 Capsules (whole bottle)Original review: Nothing to complain about. I take one capsule 3x per day and it's very effective. Definitely helps with my anxiety. Nootropics Depot is a wealth of information regarding these supplements and their products are extremely high quality.Update after full bottle: This stuff is incredible. It's like a physical strain was relieved all over my body. Day to day activities are a lot easier and more enjoyable. My memory has improved slightly, but the biggest improvement is less stress I calmly get through situations that would typically overwhelm me prior to using this KSM-66. My wife sees the difference and says I'm more positive and happy. I take 2 Capsules 2 times per day and sometimes 1 before bed. Check reddit for more information, there are great starter guides on nootropics. Nootropics Depot is known to be one of the best sources of information and supplements in the world.Tl;dr = this stuff rocks and has made my life noticeably better. This is the first item on Bolo I've subscribed to.

I am searching for a good ashwagandha; unfortunately the reviews I have read don’t meet my billing. After using it for a two weeks I have discontinued usage pretty average I have to say my search continues
