BTF LED strips for a project using an ESP dev board and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their performance. The LED strips worked perfectly and the colors were incredibly bright and vibrant.The LED strips are easy to install and use, which made the project a breeze to set up. The strips are also highly versatile, as they can be cut to fit any length, making them perfect for projects of all sizes. Additionally, the strips have an adhesive backing, which made them easy to attach to the project without the need for additional hardware.The LED strips were also highly efficient, requiring minimal power to operate. 5.0 out of 5 stars Works great with Arduino, low current draw
It works great with an Arduino UNO. I accidentally wired 5V positive to the data pin, and it survived! It's very bright, but doesn't draw much current, even with the entire strip white at full brightness. Color accuracy is pretty good for an LED strip, yellow looks yellow, not red&green like cheaper LEDs. The strips are strong and flexible, and can be bent around a 90deg corner easily. Works perfectly fine with 5.25V from a cheap regulator. I'm a bit sensitive to flickering, but I didn't notice any flickering even with an electrically noisy power supply
5.0 out of 5 stars UPDATED! Works, but damaged, RECEIVING REPLACEMENT!
UPDATE:The seller contacted me and indicated that I likely received a second hand, returned item and that was the cause for the damage. While I have been able to fix the unit I received with a little effort, the seller is going to send me a replacement. The responsiveness and customer service of the seller were excellent! As the item I received actually functions and the seller is making it right by sending me a replacement and a couple other items at no cost or obligation to me, I have updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. The lights themselves really are good and work well.ORIGINAL:When I went to remove the lightstrip from the bag, I noticed that it was not fully wrapped around the spool. As I carefully pulled it out, I noticed that a portion of the strip was bent over on itself. Upon further inspection I noticed that some of the silicon covering that makes it moisture resistant had been damaged at about the third LED in the strip. Other than that it appeared intact. I plugged the string into a controller I had purchased separately and the lights lit up. I had other issues with the controller. However, when I touched the lightstrip, the lights flickered a bit and went out. I touched it again and they flickered again and came back on. I noticed that by flexing the damaged area, I could make the lights go on and off. Either there is an issue with the "wiring" in the strip or there is a bad solder joint. Either way, I can still make the strip work, but I took off a couple stars because of the damage and the fact that I'll have to do a bit of work to make them 100% functional. Not worth the time and effort to return them and play the replacement lottery when I have the know how to fix them.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product for the price. Only complaint was the sticky on the back wasn’t the best. Because it’s wound up small on a reel it’s a little tricky to get back straight and it would try to unstick in a spots. A little hot glue every 5 leds is well advised. Other than that it worked out great. Used with the ESP32 controller and WLED app (free). Plenty of ways to customize. A side note: the app is pretty tricky to figure out but don’t let that pertain to this review. I was very happy with this and I think you will be too

The media could not be loaded. The past led strips I have had were, well... cheap, so I can not criticize them too much. They were not bright, they were not vibrant, none of their white lights were pure white. They were either blue-ish or yellow-ish. They also never had the option to have more than one color in one strip unless they were broken Imao.This is my first time buying actually good quality led strips so bare with me, I will look like an idiot being entertained by a single rubber band, but this is so new to me and it brought so many colors into my life at once, you have gotta cut me some slack. XD HOLY MOMMY LOOK AT THOSE FRICKING COLORS!!!!!!!!! I use the bluetooth controller for these led strips so I am having fun with the settings, its features, messing around with its buttons, you name it lol.I will say, the lights are blinding so you have nothing to worry about with how bright they can get. 🤣 Gosh they are so beautiful... I keep looking at the pictures I am going to use for this review, so f***ing mesmerizing... I remember waiting for these to arrive, it felt like forever but that was just me being way too excited-I bought six rolls of these and MWAH!!!! I am in love, I am obsessed, I am ADDICTED! I know I'm exaggerating but I genuinely am coming from excitment, I still love these. 😭 The fact that this is just one roll and it illuminates my room, imagine six of these? In like... half a year when we move out (my mom is still unsure when, but she says we will move out about four months to over a year), I will update my review and show y'all my brand new, vibrant room! This is my promise, and if you still do not trust me, my address is- I am just kidding, but I really will update y'all!THANK YOU THESE ARE SO AMAZING!!!!!!!

Super bandeau
Ce bandeau est super. La luminosité est puissante, les couleurs sont bien, et ça se pilote bien avec une carte type Arduino pour faire des projets lumineux très sympas. Je conseille d'utiliser la librairie Fastled, il y a des effets prédéfinis, pas besoin de programmer chaque changement de led comme avec Neopixel.

Hochwertig, zuverlässig und sehr hell
Der Lightstrip funktioniert wie er soll und wird bei mir von einem ESP8266 von AZ-Delivery mit WLED angesteuert. Dabei ist keiner der 300 Pixel "out of spec", sprich die Farben sehen auf jedem Pixel gleich aus und es ist generell kein Pixel defekt, was bei anderen Herstellern durchaus häufiger vorkommt. Die Wassergeschützte Version ist sehr robust und hält sogar Angriffe meiner Katze aus.Die angegebenen Stromstärken müssen aber keineswegs erreicht werden. Ich betreibe den Lightstrip mit einem 2 Ampere USB Netzteil und er ist bereits vergleichbar hell mit einem Philips Hue lightstrip. Wenn man einen proportionalen Zusammenhang zwischen Stromstärke und Leuchtstärke vermutet, wird dieser Lightstrip also extrem hell! Unter 2 Ampere würde ich jedoch nicht gehen, da sonst dunkle Einstellungen schnell zu einer roten Farbe führen. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Cuando la conecte no funciono porque traía entre los primeros 5 píxeles 1 defectuoso y como a los 2 metros traía otro pixel defectuoso los elimine y ya funciono correctamente
