I never used a setting powder before so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I’m pretty fussy about skin care and makeup so I sought out the best. Elf seems to be highly regarded, so I tried this because I am extremely satisfied with their primer for makeup. This powder goes on lightly and is 100% invisible. I can’t even tell that I have it on my face. I have a somewhat oily T zone and I especially wanted to get rid of the shine on my forehead. This worked. It stayed on for 12 hours and also washed off as you would expect makeup to. It didn’t settle anywhere on my face. I’m 72 and have hardly any wrinkles, but the few I have on my forehead I don’t like. This seemed to make them less visible. I did have to order a powder puff, however because I didn’t own one.

Love the finishing look . My face gets really oily throughout the day so I keep this compact in my purse and works like a charm. Lasts many hours so only touch up once or twice a day depending on the weather . I just wish it came with an applicator or a power puff .

Blurring, smoothing and not cakey - this product blew away my expectations. For reference I also use Huda Beauty easy bake powder and maybelline fit me powders and this elf powder does such an amazing job even when compared to the other two. Definitely recommend making this purchase!

What is the point of a pressed-powder compact that's supposed to be good for on-the-go use when it doesn't even include a puff? Now I have to buy those separately. I don't carry brushes in my purse! Also, in light of NO PUFF, the design is dumb. Why even have a center compartment that contains powder and flips up to reveal... nothing? Make it a normal clamshell compact and put the puff on top of the powder. I'm not even sure a puff will FIT in this stupid design!I'm assuming this will be as good as elf's loose white powder-- which came with a flippin' puff, and which is unfortunately just too bulky to shove in a purse. If it's not, I'll be back to complain further.

Elf HD Powder
Most important this doesn't break me out and it works well, it lasts me a long time too. I've had this 2 months and only just needing more whereas I got through previous powders a lot faster. Pressed too which means I can target my application as too much powder can make me dry.

Je teste beaucoup de produits pour peau mixte cette poudre ne m a pas convaincue je la trouve plâtreuse elle laisse un film blanc ce qui n’est pas le cas avec d autres poudres blanches déjà testées. Elle ne matifie pas longtemps je ne rachèterai pas
