This is a really lightweight bag, and my son uses it for his camping and backpacking trips. It holds a surprising amount of gear while remaining comfortable to carry. The built-in bottle holder is a great feature, making it easy to stay hydrated on the go. For the quality and functionality it offers, the price is definitely a great deal.It is also foldable and we carry it everywhere on our trips now. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and practical backpack!

Weird it was inside out packed into the zipper pocket inside but it is good quality fabric that repels water. The dark green is an excellent color. The pack is larger than expected. The drink side pockets are great. Some other day pack reviews had drink bottle holders too shallow. These will securely hold drinks. It’s got a two zipper main pocket, unlike competitors packs with drawstring openings. There are an internal zip pouch and an external one. The straps are lightly padded for comfort, and adjustable. It is bigger than I wanted but it’s so lightweight with other features that it’s the best value.

This was great for day trips on vacation. It fits a light jacket and snacks, plus extra room. The water bottle holder could be larger - both in diameter and height.

This a great backpack for day trips. It's light weight, weather you are wearing it or if it's collapsed. It is big enough to hold a jacket and some water. I personally wanted a smaller lightweight backpack for traveling and my wife me got me this one. I ended up using for just about everything from day hikes in the mountains to going to Disneyland and the beach. I bought 3 more for my wife and kids. It is ridiculously cheap for the quality. The straps are able to adjust to fit me at just under 6 foot down to fit my 7 year old. It looks sharp and comes in many colors which worked out good for my family so we each know who's is who's. One of the best features is that it collapses down into a little pouch that I will throw in my suitcase when I travel. I would recommend this to any one looking for a collapsible lightweight small backpack. It looks good, great function, low price, and good quality.

Wow, This back pack is fantastic!!!! So light but strong. We bought two for our trip to Utah and they were perfect. Incredibly light, extremely well made and sturdy. No rips of the material or stiching after stuffing them to the brim. The zippers worked great and the medium size(20 Liter) was perfect for our needs. It held a large water bottle and a light sweatshirt as well as sunscreen and power bars. The colors were great although the photo of the red appears a bit brighter than real life but still great. We got two different colors so we could distinguish from his and hers. When not in use they fold up to nothing in their own little pouch, which is how they arrrived. I didn't even try to fold them back into the built in carrying case which doubles as a storage pouch as I think it would have been like trying to solve a rubiks cube! They were a bargain at $15 and I highly recommend!

So, it's been nearly a year and a half since I purchased this backpack and in an excess of #QuedarTeEnCasa (Stay at Home, people) I finally have some time to write the glowing review this little pack deserves.This backpack has been all over the United States, Canada, Guatemala, and Colombia. I have used this bag as a carry-on, a day pack, and a snack bag. Let me tell you, this five star review shows that it has made it through every adventure. As a note: I should be clear that I tend to take very good care of my things.The only wear that this bag has received was a small tear in the mesh water bottle pocket on the side when I decided that was the best place for my colored pencils. Note to the reader: it's not a good place for *sharpened* colored pencils, but this has not affected the integrity of the bag.This bag has also survived and checked off everything in my Latin American Transportation guidelines. Meaning that it fits comfortably in front. Even when it is completely full, you can still cross your arms around the middle. It also can be strapped to the top of any moving vehicle, bus, car, camioneta, and you don't have to worry about it. If you do tend to worry, or get antsy on planes, I have found that a small TSA approved lock or a clip can hold the zippers together, with your worries assuaged.This bag, for me, can hold two weeks worth of clothes, toiletry items, notebooks, the aforementioned colored pencils, a small paperback, and a small DSLR camera. All of this is also comfortably sits by your feet on a bus, and can be carried throughout a city if you need to wait all day before you make it to your lodgings. It also does great for holding snacks, a few bottles of water, a hammock, swimsuit, and towel for one of those all-day-waterfall-at-the-end hikes.All this to say, this bag is incredible. It fits in a mochila and can instantly double your carrying capacity if you decide that you absolutely need to buy that bulky sweater at the market because it has llamas on it (not that this exact scenario has taken place...). But it's also lightweight enough that you can carry it around all day without using it and not feel like you were packing the extra pounds for the what-if scenario when you might need extra carrying capacity.So to recap.Yes, (if you're good at packing) you can live out of this bag for a week.Yes, it can pack into a small square when you're not using it.No, do not put sharpened colored pencils in the mesh water bottle pocketYes, the handles and straps are sturdy and comfortable.Yes, it holds up after nearly two years of travels.Yes, it's worth it.

Actually this is second time I have bought one of these backpacks. I have a 10 liter one that I use on day hikes and while travelling. It's a great little day pack to use when you are on vacation. You can use it as your personal item on the plane or stow it in your luggage and take it out on arrival. It folds up into a small, light, rectangular package. My recent purchase was for my daughter's fiancé. They borrowed mine when they went to Portugal and found it useful.

Mein täglicher Begleiter
Benutze den Rucksack fast täglich, für die Arbeit, im Alltag, zum Einkaufen, kurze Wanderungen und er hält schon sehr lange durch. Er ist sehr leicht und die Farbe finde ich toll. Hatte vorher den gleichen in Gelb. Bei Regen ist er jedoch nicht so wasserfest wie Rucksäcke aus dickeren Materialien.
