5.0 out of 5 stars surprisingly effective
The large scoop is sturdy, easy to manage, and grabs a surprisingly large amount of leaves, even if they are not all in one large pile. Well done.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great
I'm 77 with 2 large maple trees, these are wonderful. Strong and gets the job Done in a hurry. Highly recommend.
4.0 out of 5 stars Where have these things been my whole life?
I wasn't sure about buying these, but at 15 clams shipped, I gave them a try. And wow, how did I live without these?Pros: You can grab a massive amount of leaves for each time you bend over, which means less bending over and less back pain later. You keep your hands out of the bug-infested leaves, poison ivy, thorns, etc when you're picking that stuff up. They have a slight rake effect with their jagged front edge. They are just surprisingly enjoyable to use.Cons: I think the handles could be better, perhaps a thick black foam type. Or foam-wrapped metal. They seem just a little thin, but completely usable. I just find sometimes I'm not holding them the way they are intended, and I realize I'm subconsciously trying to get more grip or leverage. They work well. But in a perfect world, they might be improved upon slightly. So far, they haven't broke. They move a ton of leaves per grab, so you can get those big piles loaded into your leaf bags pretty quickly. I paired these with 4 Plintons 72 gallon yard waste bags w/ zippered tops. And tell you what, I can move a massive amount of leaves from the ground into my truck in 4 clean sealed semi-rigid bags surprisingly fast. Those bags are worth a look!Wherever you're going to put your leaves, a set of rake hands like these is well worth it. You don't have to bend over as many times to pick up the leaf pile. You don't have to bend down nearly as far to grab the leaves. You don't have to put your hands into the dirt and leaves. If you're like me and have lots of leaves to rake up, get yourself a set of these, or something like them. These hands are surprisingly worthwhile. I bought these because the price was great, and I was just dipping my toes into the pool, unsure they were going to be worth it. Now that I know they are, I would not be afraid to spend 30 to 40 bucks on a fantastic set. I don't know if other brands are better than these. These work fine. I'm just saying whatever they cost, they're worth it. And so far, these inexpensive ones seem to be holding up well. Just don't abuse them.
5.0 out of 5 stars These are a game changer
I wish I thought to purchase these years ago. They make picking up leaves easy and not so much of a chore. You don’t have to bend nearly as far. They grab a big scoop that fits the paper bags that I have to use in my municipality. The ends are scalloped so they can be used as a rake to clean as you go. I highly recommend these.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
This has saved my back so much.My 9 year old grandson can also use it and pick up so many more leaves!!!!I wish I had purchased this years ago.
5.0 out of 5 stars quick pick up when cleaning up
These make cleaning up a lot quicker. I rake everything into a pile and the large scoops clean up the debris in no time. A lot easier to use than a rake and pan and both hands are doing the same thing at the same position. Stray pieces can be "raked" over to the pile and picked up all at once. The hand slots also serve as a hanging point so they are always together.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent
These things are worth their weight in gold, total back savers.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not for cold weather use
These worked okay. The back your hand gets sore after a while. Definitely sped up the process of moving leaves. One of them broke when using in cold weather. 35°.
Fue un regslo
Gustó mucho
Works as intended
They work very well & picking up leaves efficiently. I can see how your wrists could become fatigued if using with heavier/wet leaves. To be determined how long they will last but they do seem to be quite sturdy. I like them.
Works fine
I used them as soon as I got them and they work great!
Loved it!
Best thing I purchased for my yard. Easy to use and store away. Picks up a lot of leaves, gets the job done!
