No need to shop for a cup that keeps your beverage hot for 8+ hours because you found it just now. This cup is incredible. I always take the “Keeps things hot for 8 hours” statements with a grain of salt. This cup proved that statement to be true.I forgot all about a cup of tea I brewed early in the morning at 5:30am on my kitchen counter.I came home at 3:30pm, saw it, opened the lid, took a sip and it was still so hot I had to take the lid off for 15 minutes. It seriously traps in the heat. The lead is pretty sweet too. You twist the top and it opens or closes. The only downside is it’s not completely obvious that it’s closed. The feeling of it switching to open and closed gets a little weak after some use. However, it does still seal even if it feels like it doesn’t close. Very easy to use, very comfortable to hold, durable, and it keeps your drinks hot.What more can you ask for? Nada.

This is by far my favorite cup I’ve ever owned for carrying coffee. The overall design is great and the numbers that it reports about how long it will keep hot and cold items is accurate. In fact, I have found eight hours later I still have warm coffee. It is 100% leak proof when closed and the design of the lid is such that it’s easy to drink from, as opposed to others that tend to not come out easily. The lid design is also great in that. It can be easily disassembled or cleaning as needed. One word of caution, though, pay attention to the orientation of the parts, it can be a little bit confusing if you’re not 100% sure how to put it back together. Highly recommend

This holds heat and cold well and has a strong seal. I can stick it in my backpack without worrying about leaks. The seal does make it unsuitable for sparkling water (I had the top explode off while I was driving because I didn't consider that), but it works for just about everything else. I will say that if you take the rubber seal off for washing, it takes a fair amount of trial and error to get it back on so that it regains that complete seal--it is very easy to put it on wrong and then it leaks. Thus far sticking it in the dishwasher hasn't caused any issues, either.

This keeps your drink hot/cold for a long time. Several hours in fact.And its insulating properties are the best i have found. My one problem is in the lid.While the coffee doesn't leak, the lead isn't sealed properly. Its made with a silver rim glued OVER a black inner ring. There are small gaps in this that allow water to get into the space under the silver rim when you wash it. And then when drinking the water will run back out and down your chin.I bought this to replace an older version that I loved and had a better designed lid. It lasted me for about 8 years before I dropped it and broke it sadly.This new version is still good but be careful when washing it to no submerge it or you will get that annoying dribble.

This is the third Thermos travel mug of this type that I've owned over a period of time approaching two decades, and the fact that I continue to use one speaks volumes about my satisfaction with its design and performance. These mugs used to be available at a local department store but are no longer sold there so mail order is my only option for obtaining one—either that or finding another local store that carries them, and frankly that is more trouble than it's worth when they are readily available on Bolo.This mug keeps my coffee hot for several hours and drinkably warm for several more. I can always tell without having to look at it whether the lid is open or closed by running my index finger through the slot opposite the side I'm drinking from to determine the position of the locking lever, something that is especially helpful in the dark or when I'm driving. Another thing I like about the mug is the tapered bottom, which allows it to fit into smaller cupholders like those in my trusty 19 year old G35 coupe.The little care and use pamphlet found inside a new mug states that while it is nominally top rack dishwasher safe, hand washing is preferable. It also advises that liquids should not be allowed to remain in the mug for more than 24 hours and that the mug should be thoroughly dried after rinsing or cleaning. My experience is that the longevity of your mug will be greatly enhanced if you follow these recommendations.Because I drink my coffee black I have no problem with bacterial growth in the lid caused by traces of dairy or non-dairy milk/cream lingering in the crevices of the cover, and all I usually do to clean the lid is to rinse it under hot tap water. Every once in a while I do dismantle it to give it a thorough hand cleaning and as I have always been the Mr. Fix-it type—starting at the age of four when I drove my father crazy by taking apart flashlights to investigate how they worked—I actually enjoy doing this. (Unlike the flashlights I dismantled in my youth, I always put the lid back together again.)For those who complain about the lid retaining water after rinsing it or running it through the dishwasher, I have found that leaving the lid in the open position and turning it upside down while/after cleaning allows virtually all of the retained water to drain and evaporate.When new I have found that the lid's seal is tight as a drum, and as the mug gets older and the seals inevitably deteriorate I can handle a small dribble of coffee escaping from the lid if I knock it over. The only reason I bought a new one is because after years of use the dribbling has become a bit more problematic of late and because my old one is battered from having been dropped too often in workplace parking lots, something that is no longer a problem for me since I am five years retired. :o)

I bought one of these Thermos travel mugs 10+ years ago and it still keeps my coffee hot for several hours. It looks worse-for-wear on the outside, the blue coating has gradually peeled away and a dent in the bottom (my fault - I dropped it).I wanted to buy a new one just in case Thermos decide to quit making this mug. (Maybe I should get one more!). Hands-down it's the best I've ever owned. It really does keep coffee hot for around 6 hours, then begins to taper off. Well worth the price when you consider my old one is 10+ years old and still works.

The media could not be loaded. Tengo un Yeti, pero este es mucho mejor en varios aspectos. Primero, conserva las bebidas calientes por más tiempo. Segundo, la tapa es hermética y no hay derrames. As a coffee fan, I recommend it!
As a huge coffee lover, I have tried many thermos flasks before coming across with this brand.Now that I have been using it for a while, I've come up with some pros and cons:PROS:- I have put the thermos inside bags and purses and have never had a leak issue.- The container has kept the coffee hot for about 6-8 hours.- The design is nice and easy to handle.- I accidentally dropped it (1 meter high aprox) and nothing happened, just a little bump where it hit the ground.CONS:- You have to disassemble ALL the pieces of the lid to do a proper cleaning. Since the lid has too many component, you'll have to even take the rubbers out to clean; In my case, I had been using and cleaning my thermos in the dishwasher for a week before I thought about dismantling to clean it and I'm not gonna lie, it was a bit disgusting, so I would recommend to handwash and disassemble the lid everyday or at least every two days.- After cleaning the lid, if you don't put the pieces back correctly or you forget to twist the retainer, you will have leaking. I have done this plenty of times and I would recommend taking pictures before taking it apart as well as doing a test after assembly, basically: adding water, closing the lid and putting the thermos upside down/sideways just to see if everything is in place.- The glue they use to put the stickers is very hard to remove. You'll have to use something other than water to get rid off the sticker residue.Overall, it's an excellent product and it's totally worth it, I would buy another one without thinking twice!
