Just got it a few days ago and it is not scratched or damaged. We had to wait to get the old one out to the garage and now we are letting it settle for at least 24 hours before we plug it in and set the temperature. Nice size and so far, looks good. I will update once we see how it works, and will give updates periodically after that first report.UPDATE 07/31/24: We are very happy with this purchase so far. Keeps everything extremely cold at mid setting, 4, and is whisper quiet. All I hear is a few clicks at night and mostly don't notice that. It is in a bedroom and the the unit is at room temperature of around 72 to 77 degrees. TIP: here on Bolo you can buy surge protectors for refrigerators and we are glad we placed one on this unit (Refrigmatic WS-36300). You do not need the heavier duty one for much larger refridgerators. Read to be sure that you buy one that has a 30 second/3 minute delay feature to insure that the power level has stabilized after a surge or a brown out, and the delay function will be indicated with a yellow indicator light that indicates it is on delay. The panel of lights will help you know the status. Carefully install the surge protector as per the instructions. It is the height of summer and we here in north Texas have been dealing with that issue even when the weather has been fair. It provides an abundance of security with our erratic weather.NOTE: We bought this stand: PATIKIL Mini Fridge Stand, 4 Strong Feet Laundry Stand Base Multi-Functional Adjustable Base Tray Anti-Vibration for Refrigerator Washing Machine Dryer Dishwasher AC, 11.4"-12.6" Height @ $59. We also placed this rubber pad, under the stand, to catch any possible excess moisture that is thrown off by the operation of the unit: Mini Fridge Silicone Mat with Raised Edge - 24''x24''x0.8'' - Mini Fridge Drip Tray - Prevent Water Leakage and Floor Damage from Elecrical Equipment Such as Mini Fridge, Wine Cabinet - Easy to Clean @$20.99.Both are sturdy and the stand is easy to assemble (but ignore the measuring tape and use your own as the measures on the tape are in error; use your own tape LOL. The stand also had the proper number of screws with decent directions, it is very adjustable in height, and holds up great. The pad at 24" x 24" is the perfect size for the base of the refrigerator. If the pad is out of stock, there are others on here of the same size that should do just fine.

This is a great mini fridge for your office, dorm, pantry, garage or other small space. The freezer space keeps items frozen and the refrigerator section is great for beverages, cans, bottles or other items. We've had this refrigerator for two years and haven't had any issues. It's a very reliable compact fridge!

This refrigerator is the perfect size to sit on my art room counter and keep my bubbly waters cold on these hot days. You can hear it running in the background if you listen for it, but it is not a disturbing volume. The door was easy to switch over so it hinged on the left instead of the right (which is how it comes), and I appreciated that as I recently had a poor experience with a small freezer that I will also use in my art room. The other thing I liked is that Black and Decker made sure that all the tape and plastic wrapping the unit was easy to remove! Sounds like a small thing, but believe me, it is not! It took 15 minutes to remove all the protective plastic that wrapped the aforementioned freezer. What a pain that was! The fact that B&D thought of this small thing makes me feel very good about the quality of their products overall. Good job Black and Decker!

The door, at the top middle and to the right, does not seal completely, and lets out cooled air from inside. I have to turn it up to full cold to get the right temperature, which means it runs a lot. Wish I had chosen another, better made cube refrigerator. Nothing of quality is made anymore, only crap being pawned off to foolish, desperate consumers. Yet we still pay prices as if it was all the highest quality. Nothing but disappointments in the business world, unless you are the evil owner, a greedy corporate executive, a corrupt investigator, or politician, which needs no explanation as to their purpose.

OK, I needed a fridge for my office to keep half-and-half in for my coffee. Yeah, coffee is important for me. So I bought a small fridge, it broke in six months. Then I bought another and it hit 60 degrees and stayed there no matter what I did. I got this B&D unit and it hit 30 degrees on setting 4 so quickly, I was super impressed. It's been two weeks and it's holding strong. I HIGHLY recommend this unit. Beautiful and quiet too.

I suppose I'll add another report to a long line of existing ones: this fridge cannot keep the temperature below 40F consistently. It also seems to be getting worse. When I first got the fridge, it kept things plenty cold. Below 32F even. But it steadily got worse, and I cranked the setting all the way to the max to compensate. That helped for a while, but it's getting warmer and warmer.I can observe this happening three different ways. First, I have a thermometer in the fridge. For the past month or so, it regularly reads 40F. Second, my beer is noticeably NOT cold. Third, water drips from the ice tray above.My "work around" lately has been to put my drinks in the ice tray compartment about 30 minutes before I want to drink them. This makes them cold, but it's annoying, obviously.It now seems to be getting worse. I'm seeing temperatures of 42F regularly now. I'm way past the 30 day return window, so I'm going to have to eat the cost.My guess is that they are shipping these units with bad compressors or low quality compressors. Because this is exactly what it looks like when a compressor slowly dies: the temperature moves steadily upward over a long period of time.It's a shame because this is an otherwise REALLY NICE fridge. I love the space inside and the compartments. It's effectively perfect in every way except for the fact that it can't keep my beer cold. What a disappointment.

Item was shipped upside down.
When I opened the box, I noticed that the mini fridge was upside down. The box & shipping label were in the upright position but the fridge was not. Im not sure if this is normal but the mini fridge is working fine so far. Its quiet and it even has a freezing area for ice cubes.This was a warehouse product so it has some minor cosmetic imperfections.
There is no after sales support for the product
I received a faulty product which was not working, there is no service support for the product in India. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone

It's quiet and my drinks and food are always cold.
