The chocolate was out of this world great!! Smooth and better than any white chocolate I have ever tasted. It was not hard at all to temper in the microwave! All you need is a good candy thermometer and a plastic bowl.

Like many other reviews, mine arrived melted into a missive chunk of white chocolate. I wasn't completely surprised since it took almost 2 months to arrive! I no longer need the product and I couldn't refund/return it. So I am now stuck with melted chocolate I won't do anything with. Thank you for a wasteful product. Not worth it.
