I have using this pre-workout for a month now, and I will definitely say, it gives me a boost! I enjoy using pre-workouts because of the increase in energy they give me while exercising. I decided to give this pre-workout a try based on the reviews as well as its low cost. The flavor is okay, but I don't want to drink every hour of the day... However, I love the energy boost! I always feel more alert and energized after drinking this pre-workout. I would definitely give it a try!

This is disgusting, I tried drinking it with juice and it’s gross so I put it in a smoothie and that’s all you can taste. It’s a nasty flavor, don’t buy it

I bought it for the thermogenic factor and as a coffee substitute. First, there are no mixing instructions on the package so I went with the basic 1 scoop to 8oz of water. The smell is fine but the taste is a little odd to me, so maybe it’s just my container. It definitely has a blue raspberry flavor to it but also something else. The taste reminds me of the smell of modeling clay. I know that sounds weird but it makes it a little harder to drink. Like I said, maybe it was just my container and everyone else’s is better.
