Seeing these online, I was certain that they would be bendy across the length, but I was wrong, and they're pretty stable (you can bend them if you really wanted to, but I would not characterize them as bendy).They also have a really dainty and petite look to them, which I wasn't expecting. But since the quality is not compromised, I would say that their petite nature is ultimately more of an aesthetic. If you're existing flatware is beefy and substantial, then these would not match well, but, they're still worth getting because of their quality.The spoon part is nicely finished at the edges and does not look like a generically stamped metal sheet with ungrinded, cookie-cutter edges. No, these are finished elegantly as spoons are supposed to be finished, and they look nice.I got a single pack to try out, and I will be getting more since these are a great find and are such a nice thing to have during the sweltering summers, for tall iced drinks and milkshakes, etc. The long handle is such a great feature, unlike other long handled iced tea spoons of shorter lengths. If a more "substantial" version were offered at a great price, I would have chosen those, but as I said, that would come down to the aesthetics, as the quality of these is excellent despite their daintiness. If you think you could use an iced tea spoon like this, I recommend that you give these a try!

Love these! They're a lovely matte black they're long and delicate and they're exactly what I needed for my tall coffee cups. I highly recommend they feel pretty dainty though so don't give them to Burley kids cuz they will probably bend them pretty easily but for me they're perfect

These spoons are the best - they're great for getting to the bottom of that mayonnaise or peanut butter jar without winding up wearing it. They are also useful for, of course, stirring tall drinks. They are nice looking as well and heavy duty. I really like having them around.

These are adorable and good quality. I purchased them to use with my evening protein shake. It’s too thick to drink w a straw, but a regular spoon is too short/gets shake on my knuckles. The length on these is perfect for getting to the bottom of the smoothie maker cup, but the spoon itself is soooo tiny. It forces me to take little lady like spoonfuls lol. I wish it were longer and thicker… don’t we all ;)’ I debated returning them, but I’ll keep them bc the price is great, they are cute, and they force me to slow down and enjoy my nightly “shake”.

Was looking for spoons similar to my grandparent's malt spoons, and these nail it. These things are well made, and by that I mean they're thick and rounded like old school utensils. The stems are also really slim, so they're perfect for stirring. Way better quality than I was expecting for the price. I highly highly recommend.

I purchased the following 4 products from Bolo.com:*Hiware 9-inch Long Handle Iced Tea Spoon, set of 4 spoons for $6.99 with free shipping on orders of $49 (my rating: 5 stars).*Hiware 8.5-inch Long Handle Iced Tea Spoon, set of 4 spoons for $6.99 with free shipping on orders of $49 (my rating: 3 stars).*Purefold Korean 8.6-inch Hollow Handle Long Handle Spoon, set of 4 spoons for $8.50 with free shipping on orders of $49 (my rating: 5 stars).*Onubu Bistro 8.8-inch High Quality Long Handle Spoon, set of 4 spoons for $14.99 with free shipping on orders of $49 (my rating: 4 stars).DISCUSSION:The clear loser in this competition was the Hiware 8.5-inch Long Handle Spoon, which had the slight advantage of being extremely lightweight but also the huge disadvantage of looking moderately cheap in appearance, especially at the very top of the handle, where the edges need to be made much smoother. The side circumference of the teaspoon section also looks moderately cheap in appearance, even though it functions quite adequately.The other 3 long-handled spoons all had certain situations in which they would be the best spoon to use.I therefore recommend that everybody should avoid buying the Hiware 8.5-inch long-handled spoon but go ahead and buy all 3 of the other long-handled spoons.All 4 of these products occasionally had very minor defects such as black smudges, which could easily be removed with a water-soaked, abrasive sponge, or very tiny dents, which could not be improved.Expect 1 or 2 spoons of the set of 4 spoons to be less than perfect in all 4 of these products.The Onubu Bistro 8.8-inch High Quality Long Handle Spoon (made in China) was the best spoon to use when:(1)Mixing thick foods, mixing thick drinks, or mixing ice cream because the handle was easier to grip than the handles of all other long-handled spoons when great strength was needed to do the mixing.(2)Showing off a high quality spoon to your friends or customers.However, the Onubu Bistro 8.8-inch High Quality Long Handle Spoon (made in China) had the following disadvantages:(1)This spoon, which was the highest quality spoon for showing off, was not the highest quality spoon for function because of its weight, which was somewhat too heavy, making it more difficult to enjoy using this spoon than lighter weight long-handled spoons.(2)This handle of this spoon, which is very thick and heavy compared to all other long-handled spoons, gets much hotter and much more difficult to touch than the other brands of long-handled spoons when left standing in coffee, tea, cocoa, or soup with boiling hot water poured over it.The Purefold Korean 8.6-inch Hollow Handle Long Handle Spoon (made in South Korea) was the best spoon to use when:(1)The large, tablespoon size of this spoon was needed or desired. The other 3 long-handled spoons have much smaller, teaspoon size spoons.(2)The extremely lightweight, rod-shaped, hollow handle was needed or desired. Small, empty cups were much less likely to topple over by themselves when this long-handled spoon was inserted into the empty cup.(3)When mixing liquids. Whenever too much strength was not needed to do the mixing, the extremely lightweight, rod-shaped, hollow handle of this spoon was easy to hold.(4)A hollow handle that doesn't get super hot when immersed in boiling hot water was needed or desired.However, the Purefold Korean 8.6-inch Hollow Handle Long Handle Spoon (made in South Korea) had the following disadvantage:(1)Whenever the large, tablespoon size of this spoon was not needed or desired, it damaged the enjoyment of using this spoon because of its unnecessary, additional weight.The Hiware 9-inch Long Handle Iced Tea Spoon (made in China), which doesn't have the cheap appearance of the Hiware 8.5-inch Long Handle Iced Tea Spoon (made in China) and which doesn't suffer from the excessively heavy weight of the Onubu Bistro 8.8-inch High Quality Long Handle Spoon (made in China), was the best spoon to use when:(1)The longer, 9-inch total length of the spoon was needed or desired.(2)A moderately high quality appearance was needed or desired.(3)A lightweight handle and low total spoon weight was needed or desired.(4)A lightweight handle that doesn't get super hot when immersed in boiling hot water was needed or desired.(5)An adequately large but lightweight teaspoon size spoon was needed or desired.The Hiware 9-inch Long Handle Iced Tea Spoon (made in China) had the following disadvantage:(1)Many people say that most foods will taste a little better if they are eaten with a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon. If this is true, then the Purefold Korean 8.6-inch Hollow Handle Long Handle Spoon (made in South Korea), which is a long-handled tablespoon, would be a much better spoon to use for everything that we eat and we should completely stop using all teaspoons, including the Hiware 9-inch Long Handle Iced Tea Spoon (made in China), which is a long-handled teaspoon.
