I've been trying to drop some weight and these things are perfect for a small snack that gives you that crunch you're wanting without all the calories, carbs and sugar. All the flavors I've tried have been delicious. As a bonus my 4yr old daughter loves them too. So it's been a great snack for her aswell.

I am giving this a ONE STAR, but put 5 to boost it. It tastes salty, almost funky i guess. And it tastes like fish!! It's to be expected because it literally came from the sea, so that's bad on my part. Otherwise, it wasn't old or damaged just wasn't to my liking.

They're so delicious and provide essential nutrients. I can't get my toddler to eat much that is green, but he never turns down this seaweed. I like this flavor better than the Avocado oil flavor. My husband and my other family don't like them, but me and my kids love these. I *try* to keep them in the house, but we gobble them up pretty quick, so I order these a lot. I just found the 20 pack and that seems to be a better price and last us a week or two. These six packs are gone in two or three days.
