I’ve used tongue scrapers for more than 2 years now, and this product makes my tongue look like I've never cleaned my tongue. OMG it cleans your tongue so well! The gel reminds me of kid’s toothpaste, the cool mint flavor is very mild, which is great because it doesn’t linger. You need this product, it leaves your tongue & mouth feeling amazing. This product has helped my pregnancy journey be a much easier because I feel the need to consistently clean my mouth, teeth, and tongue - and standard products didn’t work as well as this. It gets rid of all the oder and gunk left on your tongue. It truly feels like you reset your tongue (I use a non flavored mouthwash after and it works wonders).

My tongue seems to have a perpetual white coating every morning I can see it in the mirror. I would brush and brush it with my toothbrush and with a Water Pik water flosser and I also used a tongue scraper included with the water flosser and it made a very small improvement but it did help. My son came home from his dentist one day and he gave me a tongue scraper that his dentist gave him for me that included an advertisement for something called Tung Gel. I purchased some TUNG Gel FromBolo.com with a Tung brush. Here are 4 statements that were printed on the tube of TUNG Gel: 1. Lossens sticky plaque from the tongue. 2. zinc neutralizes bad breath. 3. Works better than standard toothpaste. 4. Great-tasting formula leaves the tongue feeling fresh. The bristles in the Tung brush are different than the bristles in a toothbrush. After using both brushes I highly recommend using the Tung brush. The tube of Tung Gel looks like it holds a lot but it doesn't hold a lot so you have to buy Tung Gel rather frequently compared to toothpaste. But having a normal pink tongue is worth it. I no longer worry about people seeing my tongue as it is pink enough again. Hardly any white show on my tongue. I am very happy and want to share my experience with anyone else that has a white coating on their tongue and you will be thrilled as I am. And don't forget to buy the tung brush, it's worth it. This is rather long but I think anyone who has a white coating on their tongue will really appreciate my review of this product.

This mint flavor is STRONG! When I want to feel extra fresh I actually just use this Tung gel as a regular toothpaste. The brush is okay. I have to be very gentle and careful using the brush because the bristles are very hard and one wrong move will make my tongue bleed. I don't find it does a perfect job of getting rid of all the white on my tongue, but I definitely feel much cleaner after using this. It works better than a regular toothbrush. I can actually acrub my tongue with a regular toothbrush but this one is too hard to "scrub" my tongue. I just use light swipes. I think I will try a tongue scraper next. Love the flavor of the gel though!

I have a heavy gag reflex so it's hard to brush the back of my tongue. This brush works great because it is flatter than a conventional toothbrush; it doesn't touch the roof of my mouth as easily, triggering the reflex, and it is wider so it gets the job done quicker.The paste also seems to have worked like a charm, and has a pleasant taste. Reminds me of kids toothpaste.

Short Review:If you're reading this, that means you want a clean tongue, so I implore you to buy this product. You will NOT be disappointed, and you'll never want to go without using this brush and gel again.More Details:The TUNG brush and gel kit I purchased here on Bolo is so good, that it actually gave me almost as much anxiety as it did satisfaction. Why anxiety? Because my mind instantly feared having to deal with this product disappearing one day. Some of our favorite things in life are discontinued (products, foods, tv shows, etc) and never come back despite how great they were in someone's eyes. I really want as many people as possible to discover the TUNG brush like I just did because I REALLY don't want to lose it...and I have zero doubt the more people that use this brush, the more likely it will be here for the long haul.I was skeptical as I am with anything I buy that claims it'll do something...it looks like a round tooth brush with short bristles...could be a gimmick. Glad it was affordable enough (cheap even) for me to give it a try, because my skepticism disappeared after my first use. I can't vouch for the TUNG brush or TUNG gel each on their own because I've only used them together...but my gut tells me the brush would be effective no matter what.The gel is a light refreshing mint flavor that's not overbearing. It's quite gentle. I will continue using it because it is supposedly less likely to gunk up the brush than other toothpaste...ok, I'll take them at their word on that one because there's no real financial or mental incentive for me not to.The brush feels nice in my hand and even more so on my tongue. The bristles are firm but really comforting at the same time. That was actually a side effect I wasn't expecting that I experienced when first using the brush. Here I am expecting it to get my tongue clean after all of my scraping and gargling and brushing attempts in the past (and oh yeah it accomplished this) but it also felt really...good. Is that weird? Maybe a little weird. It's like my sad sad tongue got the hug it's been needing for so long.I have pretty nice teeth. I take care of them. I brush twice a day. I get complimented on my smile. But my tongue...man, I just could not get it clean no matter how much I brushed it, gargled with different mouth washes, scraped it...nothing was doing the trick. I switched from a plastic tongue scraper to a nice stainless steel U-shaped one and that DID help a lot. But while my tongue was not as dirty looking to me, it was still whiter toward the back than it was pinkish-red. It was still not what I would consider "clean." I now use my SS scraper prior to the TUNG brush & TUNG gel, and I am proud to say my tongue is a nice lovely shade of pink to go with my white teeth. If I had to choose just one tool for the tongue cleaning job, it would hands down be the TUNG brush over any other brush, gel/paste, rinse, or scraper.Side note:This routine isn't for everyone because it takes me about 5-10 minutes (depending on how awake I am) rather than the 2 minute window people seem to be obsessed with keeping oral hygiene boxed into, but here's what I do if anyone wants to try something that'll be effective for their teeth and tongue and breath.Scrape tongue with SS scraper (Bolo)Brush tongue with TUNG brush & TUNG gel (Bolo)Floss teeth (I use a Waterpik because I hate flossing) (Bolo)Rinse mouth with whitening mouth wash (I use Crest 3D White)Brush teeth without any tooth paste for about a minute (this is my trade secret)Brush teeth with tooth paste for another minute (I use Crest 3D White)Rinse mouth with a small cap of TheraBreath Fresh Breath Oral Rinse for a minute (Bolo)Rinse back of throat (gargle) with another small cap of the TheraBreath for about 30 secondsSeems like a lot, and it's more than most I'm sure...but in under 10 minutes my mouth looks and feels better than it ever has in the past. Worth it.

I’ve been using this tongue brush with the included paste, and while it does a great job at freshening breath—especially for anyone dealing with bad breath—I ultimately went back to using my tongue scraper. The brush takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you’re prone to gagging, and sometimes it feels more tedious than using a scraper.The brush is durable and straightforward, but for me, a scraper is just more convenient. If you don’t mind the extra steps, though, this is probably a better option fresh breath.

Does the job
Good value for money. I bought it to clean my mum's tongue, as she had an "antibiotic coating" on her tongue and it did the job well. The brush was a little harsh as the bristles were stiff, but used carefully it was grand. It's difficult to clean someone else's tongue but she has alzheimers and isn't fit to do it herself.
