5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect!
Arrived on time and took 2 seconds to unfold. Nice big tires unlike older Razor scooters and super sturdy. Feels like it will last a long time!
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome scooter
I had a Razr scooter when I was a teen I thought they only made them for kids then I found this. I wanted something to ride along with my 3rd old son when he rides his bike this is perfect. Smooth ride, sturdy, brake works, and foot area is large. It does rattle a bit on gravel but all in all a great purchase.
5.0 out of 5 stars sturdy
good and sturdy for boys ,even when they try to do trick jumps .
5.0 out of 5 stars Fun and practical transportation for (playful active) adults
This thing is a lot of fun. I'm an adult and I use it to shorten a 40 minute walk. I can do it in about 1/3 of the time on this scooter. I've rolled hundreds of miles on this thing and it's holding up quite well. I weigh 150 lbs and I carry a backpack that weighs between 35 & 60 lbs. So on the average day, I've got around 200 lbs rolling along on this thing.I wear a helmet because you can easily get up to 25 MPH on this thing going down a hill. On the flats, it'll do a solid 10+ MPH. Going uphill is a lot of work. Usually I just sling it over my shoulder and walk when hills are steep. If you live where it rains a lot, the rear brake doesn't work well if there's any moisture. In some cases, it feels like it doesn't do anything. But if it's dry outside, it does a reasonable job of slowing and stopping the scooter. It folds up in about 3 - 5 seconds. I can chase a bus on this thing and collapse it while I'm on the run, board and ride. I'm pretty sure I look quite silly on this thing but that's okay. It reminds me of being a kid, it's that fun.I ran it over some gravel one day and much to my surprise, it kept rolling. The gravel wasn't loose and the scooter slowed down quite a bit but it didn't stop the thing. I've probably ridden this thing 200 miles or more. The front wheel looks almost new and the rear wheel has lost a little bit of tread but not much. It rattles quite a bit when I'm just pushing it but once I put my weight on it, it rolls along solidly.I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these for a kid -- it would absolutely hold up to that. My only concern would be that the kid should be old enough to be responsible going the speeds you can get on the downhill with this thing. A helmet is a good idea.Would I buy one of these again? Absolutely. This thing has paid for itself several times over. Cheaper than taking a cab and a lot more fun. Good exercise too!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect!
Well-made. Our 5 (almost 6) year old is riding it. Great that it has a kickstand.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great ride
This was purchased for my 10 year old girl. The style is nice and it rides smoothly. I like that it easily folds up. It has held up well with constant use. A good purchase.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for shorter adults and bigger kids
I’m 5ft 3 , medium build, and this is a great scooter for me. I fear the handle might not go high enough for taller adults so you might be better with the larger version. It takes small cracks in the pavement well but anything over an inch would be problematic. It’s easy to fold and the kickstand works well.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for adults
This is perfect for adults we all use it and it does a beautiful job.The wheels are good, perfect size
Big wheels are great for uneven ground
My kids love these scooters. The bigger wheels are nice for uneven sidewalks, etc. They are definitely sturdy enough to hold a full grown adult too.
Love it!!
My kids outgrew their scooters, so I wanted something they could use into their teen years. This is perfect! The kids love the light-up wheels, and I love the bigger wheels. The big wheels make for a safer ride in our neighbourhood as we have many mud-jacking holes and cracks in our sidewalks. The colours are vibrant, and the adjustable handlebar height is a must-have for growing kids. The only negative I have is that the scooters sometimes sound a little clunky. Not sure if I need to tighten something. Other than that, it's a great scooter, especially for the price I paid. Thanks, Bolo & Razor!
Lovely item, my son really enjoys it
Lovely item, my son really enjoys it
Overall still a nice scooter
Very nice pink. However, the handle still wobbles a little despite tightening the Allen key.
well mastered
if i could leave 10 stars I would. My kid had a previous Razor for toddlers, lost it but also grew up at the same time. I was impressed with the quality of it for over 4 years including that lights never stopped working. That is why we returned to this brand. It was difficult to choose the colour. If your child wears a lot of colours, I'd suggest the orange wheels which are still standing out but in a more settled way. The lights are mostly invisible in day time, but in the evening and night time, they look like growing flames of fire burning in the wheel- well designed! My kid is 9 and did not want to leave the home all day until the razor arrived lol. If your child decides to leave it aside, it has a break that keeps it standing, but it can also be folded to minimize space. As a parent i know that i will not have to buy another razor for at least 4 years and trust that nothing will need repair, I purchased this model instead of anything electric because kids have to stay active, healthy and have fun.
