I used this with a Nikon 80-200 f2.8 AFS lens which has some weight to it and could easily hold the camera securely. The lens has a tripod mount collar to which this handle is secured. The grip gave a well-balanced feel while shooting compared to hand-holding the lens. Even letting go momentarily to use the zoom ring on the lens was not a problem for the few seconds it took and then re-gripping the handle was easy. The only thing I made certain was to show any security personnel the attached grip and lens so that they would not mistake it for something else!

This was great but had trouble with heavier cases and lenses. I’m wondering if it was just the clamp that had issues and not the grip it’s self. Good grip, and, sturdy, just be aware of the weight of your phone.

I bought two for an upcoming trip. I really like using it on a Sony Handycam - I always found holding a small video camera required an awkward wrist position, unless holding the camera directly in front of the face. With his pistol grip you can hold the camera and shoot very comfortably from any position. Also got one for a full frame Canon camera that I'm using a large Tamron 150-600mm telephoto lens on. Combined the weight of the setup is significant. This grip attached to the lens' tripod mount provides great and secure control. Very nice that the attachment at the bottom for the wrist strap can be unscrewed allowing the direct attachment of a monopod without the need to remove the grip - great feature!

I use this with my Canon 5D Mark IV attached to my 70-200 EF lens. Makes the whole setup useable and easy to shoot with despite the weight. Love this thing!

I've definitely "lost my grip on life" a few times, but never again with my video camera! This camera grip is durable, lite, and has made the quality of recordings vastly improved. A great value!

I needed a way I could hold my AD100 Pro and easily point it when doing real estate photography so I started looking for a small grip of some sort and found this one. It does the trick very well. I simply screw my flash on it and then connect it to my camera strap so I can have it hang when I don't need it. The best part is the grip lets me point my flash however I need it. It's been very solid and works well.

The design is okay, but it's difficult to tighten it since the screw wheel is so small so expect to constantly be tightening it. Should be okay for phones, but I wouldn't recommend for an actual camera.

Der Griff lässt sich fest und sicher verschrauben. Er ist leicht und das Kunststoffmaterial ist gut verarbeitet. Ich nutze es am Camcorder, um das Bild ruhig halten zu können. Dazu ist er sehr gut geeignet.

Great, exactly what I expected.
Material might not be the highest quality but that isn't what I was expecting at this price. Works great. Strap attachment is also mounted with female camera mount so you could potentially figure out a way to mount to the bottom of the handle as well.
