I ordered this because I currently use some Lira Clinical products already, and my aestechian uses this particular face scrub on me once a month, so I know that it's gentle enough for my very sensitive skin. I love Lira Clinical products because they're made with plant stem cells, which is not only super cool but really, really great for your skin!

We all could use a good exfoliating scrub every now and then. Lira Clarifying Scrub certainly works as a mild exfoliator. It has tiny beads that gently scrub the skin. I don't have sensitive skin, but this felt gentle enough for use on someone with sensitive skin. The beads are small and not abrasive at all. You could easily use this daily with no issues. However, I'm not fond of the smell. It isn't terrible, but it definitely isn't pleasant. The product is touted as anti-acne, skin brightening, and pore cleansing. I don't have acne, so I can't speak to that, but for me, there was no noticeable brightening or pore cleansing. I had hoped to see diminished pore size, but that was not the case. Regardless, the product is a good one if your goal is to keep your skin fresh by gently exfoliating with regularity.

I know that Lira is used in salons, and has a good reputation, as being popular among estheticians, and i am happy with the other Lira products i have.But this for me, leaves me wanting more, as i prefer scrubs to be rougher.I’m someone who used to regularly use the St. Ives Apricot Scrub, with no issues at all, and that’s as rough as i like it. This is too gentle for me, i use it and don’t feel exfoliated to be honest. I’m not someone who has sensitive skin, or any acne issues, so i don’t need a gentle scrub.It’s ok as a cleanser, my face feels clean, but i get kind of dry skin around my nose, and this doesn’t do anything for it. Well it does leave a sort of tingly feeling, and it takes my make up off, but that’s about all.I do have my favourite exfoliants and i will stick with those, as they do what i want them to.

I ordered this ‘Lira Clinical Ice Clarifying Face Scrub’ to use after a day of working out in the yard. I know my skin gets dirty being outside with all my plants, so I figured this product would help.After using the whole tube, I can safely this ‘Lira Clinical Ice Clarifying Face Scrub’ is not worth the outrageous cost. It cleaned my face no better than the scrub I picked up at the drugstore for 1/4 of the cost. There was no lather when I used it, and no clean feel when I was done. No recommendation here.

It would be A LOT better if it only had a little bit more little scrubbers inside of it .. and a little bit LESS of the cream/ lotion..... in my opinion, every time I use it- I have the same feeling.... I wish there were a lot more little scrubbing salts inside of this 'face scrub'....It would be absolutely perfect if it just adjusted the ratio of Scrubbers to Cream. If they changed up the minor ratio details in the ingredients- it would definitely be a 5 star review hands down!!
