I switched to this brand a couple months ago. I am happy with it. It continues to help my joints. But there are 2 kinds with nearly the same ingredients. The difference is one has burdock root and the other has tumeric. I have to wonder why Vimerson Health doesnt put both in one chondroitin capsule.I'm curious, too, about why the one with burdock has more chondroitin than the one with turmeric. How are we customers supposed to know which one would be better? I've tried both and dont see any difference.

I’m on Accutane which unfortunately has side effects that include joint pain.After 6 months on accutane my joint pain doubled (especially elbows) to where it was interfering with daily activities such as holding a coffee pot or lifting a pan.I stopped taking the accutane because of joint pain. I started using this supplement and it’s been a month. I see no results at all, unfortunately.These pills are difficult to swallow, they float. I did find it easier to swallow if I drank a smoothie like bolthouse green juice.I will give them 3 stars for the ingredients and the reasonable price.Edit: the seller was genuinely concerned about my condition after using their product. This is a company that cares about their customers. I’ve increased my rating to 5 stars (from 3 previously).

I was recommended something like this by my physical therapist for leg/knee pains I've had for quite some time. I've given it a fair shot, but I came to the conclusion that while it may have been helping some, what helped turn things around entirely was committing to a stretching routine. I've done that for over 90 days now and I feel like I'm 20 years younger. Stretching sucks, it's boring, but I've stuck to it and I can move and do things better than I have in years. So, while I'm sure this has some benefits like all supplements, popping pills isn't always the answer to solving the real problems.

About the product: It's reassuring to find good quality VEGAN Glucosamine, etc, from a quality company. It's difficult to find a source you can trust, and I trust Vimerson Health.About Customer Service: I went to reorder the Vegan glucosamine, but on my iphone instead of the web page. The print was small and I got confused, and really thought I was ordering Vegan, but had erred and was actually ordering the non-vegan version. When the bottle arrived I saw the error and tried to contact Bolo for two days, but they insisted all sales were final. Having read that Vimerson Health guarantees their product satisfaction I wrote to them. Marta from Vimerson Health responded, looked up my order, saw my mistake, and sent me the VEGAN version at no additional cost. What great service!! I'm signing up for regular deliveries! (on the web page, LOL)!

I love that the product has worked just like it was acclaimed. My life has changed. I can walk up and down steps without pulling myself up on the rail, my back does not hurt at all like it was, and I’m not experiencing the discomfort in my, sacral area any longer. I would highly recommend it to anybody with joint pain. It took about three days to start noticing a difference and now after taking it for approximately one and a half months; I would not want to be without it.
