I am one who takes quite a while to fall asleep at night. This was complicated after having knee replacement surgery, as I experienced so much discomfort. I mentioned this to my surgeon at my post-op visit (by that time I was off my pain meds) and he suggested trying this specific magnesium. My husband ordered me 2 bottles from Bolo that day. I was naturally skeptical but thought to myself, they are natural, so what do I have to lose! I tried two that night and honestly fell asleep after a short while. They didn't make me feel sleepy, but they gave me a calming, restful feeling that allowed me to drift off to sleep. So, yes, they are working for me and I highly recommended them.

I have restless arms and takes me a while for my brain to just turn off before sleeping I tried once and felt a calming effect with minimal restless arms and anxiety I’m definitely gonna keep taking it.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this actually works. I noticed I had more restful sleep and I was more relaxed a couple hours after taking it and also in the morning. I could only attribute this to the supplement!! I also think it might help with my muscle soreness

Reviewed: October 14, 2024I have been using these triple magnesium for 3 months now. I gave 3 stars to balance out that it didn't do anything for me, but that it may not have due to my body's own genes.I log my day for most everything on health and how I feel due to heart issues and diverticulosis.Nothing at all I see other individuals talking about for their benefit.No biggie, I am moving onto a methylated for to try in case my issue is genetic in nature instead. Yes, that's a thing. Some can't properly absorb and use certain vitamins or minerals due to gene mutations. Look it up if these didn't do anything for you either.
