I am 6'1", 240 lbs, 36 inch waist and ordered these for ocean swimming when water is in the 60's. Twice per week. I use a full suit for colder. Have worn twice in 67 degree water. The XL fit me well. I replaced the waist cord that came with it because it was cheap and slipped. Used paracord. At the price these are fine for adding a few degrees to the boys. No floatation, but I don't care about that. Better than Lycra jammers. Pleased so far.

Bolo AI suggested an XXL so I purchased those first. They were too large so I returned them and purchased an XL. These work well. Hopefully they are much more durable than the Roka and Lava shorts I've been going through each year.

My first order never came to my house. Bolo promptly sent me a replacement. The wetsuit jammer is built very well. I'm a 30 inch waist with larger than average quads. A medium fits very well. It is snug as it should be. The only complaint is that the waist goes up to my naval. It stated that in the description. I just fold it over and it fits great. The locking waist band works very well. It is a good product.

I am 5’10” and 140 lbs. I got the medium. They fit well, but once wet they expanded a bit. Overall still a good fit. At first they would slip off when I kicked off the wall. So I removed the plastic piece used to tighten them. I just tied them. That worked MUCH better.They don’t lift my hips as much as a pool boy, but I would say about 70% as much. I am a newer swimmer and can’t swim more than a few hundred yards, non-stop, without a pool boy. Well, first day wearing these I swam 2000m. They arrived less than 2 weeks after ordering them.Overall great buy.
