5.0 out of 5 stars Work well. No discernible difference between brands.
I bought a number of different brand types and found that they all work quite well. They are very easy to install in the cabinets and moths are definitely attracted to it. After a few days, we had several moths sticking to the cardboard panels. We will probably always keep these in our cupboards, even if we are successful in conquering the moth problem. You never know when a moth may sneak in with the groceries, and these can really help keep the problem from ballooning into a moth catastrophe.
5.0 out of 5 stars Does What It Says
I love this product and if you have the small moth problem that I had, try this for sure. I had to set them up everywhere in my home because I waited too long to solve the problem. It really does work well and draws these moths right in and traps them. You need to give them time to work their magic. It took about 2 months to really get rid of them but they are finally gone. Just amazing traps and save to use.
5.0 out of 5 stars Something that actually works.
Ez set up. Didn’t know if I had pantry or closet moths in this, my first infestation. Turns out to be pantry moths. They mostly hide during the day and come out in the evening/nite. Couple traps in pantry have caught some but traps set on kitchen bar (open floor plan) facing family room are working overtime. Looks like a standing room only bus but the critters keep fluttering in and getting stuck. I’ve searched but can’t find the egg nest but as the traps only catch males, the infestation will eventually end as the eggs hatch and the females are swatted or die due to natural 6-7 week lifespan. With no males, no more egg nests will form. It’s been over two weeks and traps still working well. Reordered more traps last nite. Good product.
4.0 out of 5 stars It works
These traps work. They are very sticky. They can be hung anywhere in the house. They definitely attract moths. Great value for pack.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works and is attractive.
The instructions are very helpful to understand the moth cycle and what to expect. We used another brand in the past but this is working. So does red wine. We leave a little in a glass and we could initially count how many moths were in the wine and also the trap- it was tied for 2 nights. Then the traps became fuller.
5.0 out of 5 stars It catches and kills the males
I got this product due to the unfortunate discovery of pantry moths in my house. I had a rather large infestation and needed a solution quick. I cleaned out all cabinets and my entire pantry. Threw out everything and anything new went into airtight glass containers. I put these traps out and within 2 days the first set was full. I replaced them with another set and again within 2 days, the stickiness caught and killed lots of them, they were full. I replaced them with an additional set and noted that things had slowed down. It was day 5 on this set that they were full. I’m on my 4th set and they have worked wonderfully. I haven’t seen any of the larvae wiggling across my ceiling or in the cracks or crevices so clearly, they aren’t mating due to the males all being eliminated thanks to these traps!I will say I am frustrated that the females are still flying around here and there but they have slowly died off since I have gotten rid of the food sources and the mating opportunities. I will purchase more of these and keep them in the pantry for any possible future infestations. I’m pretty sure they came from a bag of Corn kernels I bought for popcorn and didn’t get around to using them but they were not put in any container so when I investigated, that was the main thing that had been covered in larvae and cocoons… anyway, these have been crucial in my war against these disgusting pests! Without these traps I would have had to pay $$$$ for an exterminator to come in and then I would still have to worry about chemicals and my dogs etc. These are worth the money, take your time, clean the heck outta your dry food storage areas (don’t forget kennels if you feed your dogs in them these moths eat dog food too) and lock every thing up in airtight containers, put these traps out, and kill them with the interruption in their life cycle.
5.0 out of 5 stars WORKS BEAUTIFULLY!!!
I couldn't be happier with this product!! I will definitely be buying from this company again!!! The second I peeled the backing off the board the moths flew right to it! I barely had it together before many got stuck! Very easy to assemble. The quantity you get plus the great price is awesome! Thank you so much for helping me with a horrible problem!
5.0 out of 5 stars Worked great
I had a ton of pantry moths and this solved my problem so quickly. The moment I opened the package literally hundreds of moths came flocking out straight to the trap. It solved my moth problem so quickly and cheaply, and impressively I kind of wish I had more moths now just so I can watch these traps do its thing again.
Efectivo
Desde las primeras dos horas que lo instalé comenzaron a pegarse las palomillas. Había intentado muchos métodos para acabar con ellas y aunque todo estaba guardado en frascos herméticos no había podido eliminarlas. Excelente producto
So effective!!
These traps are the first and only products to do what they claim. Moths in the kitchen are horrid and the traps put us back in control. Fantastic!
Not working
Out of tens of moths, it only catched 2-3
A Life Saver for Pantry Infestations
I had a terrible pantry moth infestation in my kitchen, and it seemed like there was no end to it. Every time I opened my pantry, I would see these pesky moths flying around, and it was a nightmare. After trying several different products, I finally decided to give Dr. Killigan's Premium Pantry Moth Traps a chance, and I am so glad that I did.The traps are easy to use and come with pheromones that attract the moths. Once the moths land on the trap, they can't escape, and eventually, they die. I placed the traps in my pantry, and within a few days, I noticed a significant decrease in the number of moths. Over the next few weeks, the number of moths reduced to almost zero, and I can finally say that my pantry is free of moths. What I love about these traps is that they are non-toxic and safe to use around food. I didn't have to worry about any harmful chemicals coming into contact with my food or affecting the health of my family. The traps are also discreet, so they don't stand out in my pantry.Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Killigan's Premium Pantry Moth Traps to anyone dealing with a pantry moth infestation. They are easy to use, effective, and safe, and they will save you a lot of frustration and money in the long run.
Good product
Didn’t really work out to be as effective as one imagined
