This would be the third time purchasing this item. I purchased this mainly for my husband and he says it really helps him breathe when he gets all stuffy. You can't beat the price for the value and it works just as well as its name brand. Common sense, why pay More for the brand name. I definitely would recommend this product.

This works well. I put two squirts per nostril per day. I've been using this sort of thing for years. It used to be prescription. when it was prescription it used to smell really nice, like lilac flowers. I loved that smell. I wish the OTC ones smelled nice. But I guess they're just basic. Oddly I still sneeze quite a bit, it's just that my nose stays much more clear. It's debatable whether I'd rather use this daily, or use Sinex daily. Either way you're using something every day. But sometimes Sinex makes my nose bleed for some reason. That's why I originally switched to this so many years ago.If I have a cold, this doesn't help anymore and I switch back to Sinex though. They seem to be two different problems. I'm sure my home doesn't have mold, so I don't know why I have constant problems with my sinuses. I'm done trying to figure it out though.
