I have struggled with anxiety for years and hate taking meds because it's either anxious mess (internally) or asleep. Since I'm a single mom/solo parent to a 2 year old, the sleep option was not viable, so I learned to live with the dread (anxious types will get what I mean). Recently work had gotten crazy and I went through a breakup I didn't see coming. That was awful but I started taking this stuff regularly every morning. I feel more focused at work, so I'm more productive. I'm less OCD because I don't feel out of control, and sleep... I fall asleep without issues. Flippin miracle! My only caveat is that I sorta feel a little tired all day. So perhaps I should think about taking it before dinner... but I love the focus I have with it at work.Also, I'm on an elimination program right now and not consuming anything inflammatory. So no coffee/tea, gluten, nightshades, dairy, wine... What's the point, right? Well, I do it every year and this year I didn't think I could do it (mama loves her bread and cheese, especially to nurse a broken heart). This stuff has made it all bearable. I have focus, I'm not cheating (well not much - but it's HARD). I feel hopeful for this year ahead and I'm grateful to have found a natural tool to help manage my stress and anxiety.The mood disorders run in the family and my cousin recently got off Rx meds under Dr's supervision to a similar, lower rated, but more expensive product, mainly extolling the virtues of 5HTP. This product is perfect. It has every ingredient I was planning on buying and taking when I get my life together (AKA, ingredients I knew from exhaustive late night anxious insomnia research to good for me, but you bet your bottom dollar there's no way I'd ever take 12 [or however many] different pills every day JUST for my anxious nature). Anyhow, for me this works. I write this in hopes that I'm not the total loser who put a bunch of words together that make sense only to me. If you relate to regular anxiety, try this. Maybe not it's intended use (I really don't know if it's only meant for situational stress or habitual), but right now that's what it is for me. I think even if it were only situational stress it would work. I thought I'd have to take it for weeks to notice any relief. Nope. Day 1. I'm a fan!

I have take this off and on for years now. I am going to be very vague to help keep this short. The only reason I keep wanting to not take it is due to the proprietary blend. I like to know how much of what I am taking. I have been taking a lot of what is in the blend separately, but that has started adding up in cost. to keep this short I stopped taking everything all together just to see if I still needed anything at all. Needless to say I should not have done that. Since I had been off of everything for a couple of weeks I decided to go back to this and it definitely works.Things to note this company takes a risk because they appear to try and cover every base. that's why it works. Everyone's body is different and some things work for people while others do not, but they have a blend of everything. This is a good and bad thing because if one person has a negative reaction to one of the ingredients then they will leave a bad review. With such a large mix that's gonna be a larger pull of people to have a negative reaction. Luckily I do not have any negative reactions. The only thing is I get an upset stomach when taking, but I just make sure to take with 8oz of milk and then there is no issue.Overall for me it has a little of everything that should help, no negative reactions to any ingredients and the cost is affordable compared to ordering everything separately. I will continue to use this for my needs.

I can say I am rather impressed with this product as many supplements you should be. I saw these on sale during Bolos prime day sale and figured I would give it a shot and see. I been dealing with stress as many people do for nearly half my life now. First off I want to say that You should follow the directions as they say on the bottle and drink a full cup of water 30 min or so before your meal. Personally I have no problems with this, as I drink lots of water anyways throughout the day. So now onto the review.I wasn't sure how well these would work if at all as stress and anxiety is not something easily dealt with and everyone deals with it differently. Anxiety mostly is my bigger problem and often have trouble dealing with daily activities because of it. With that all said, I am thoroughly impressed how well these work for me. I feel so much more relaxed and at ease in my daily life and not nearly as nervous or anxious about a lot of the things I normally would be and overall just a clearer mind that helps me make decisions a lot better because of it. I feel in general more ease at mind and calmer throughout the day. I also feel more relaxed and not as worried about minor things that normally would bother me and frustrate me. I give these a huge recommendation and will be buying these on a monthly basis.My only gripes with these are the smell and how sticky they are. I also wish they came in larger quantity than 60. The smell is not awful but unpleasant for sure and lingers in your mouth for a few min even after swallowing, but thankfully doesn't last. The stickiness of the pills are not a big deal as I drink water and drop the pills in my mouth with a mouthful of water and swallow and they don't stick.
