Feel a difference during workouts but I'm interested to see my results after a longer time of usage. Definitely have an energy boost. Flavorless and easy to swallow, has causrd no stomach issues.Update! On my second bottle, definitely enjoying the benefits, it does help curb my appetite and I'm seeing the stubborn weight start to go down. The workouts have been great and I did notice a difference in my digestive health when I was waiting for my second bottle to arrive. This isn't a magic pill, I exercise regularly and eat as cleanly as possible but these definitely help meet my goals. Will continue to purchase!

Great price for the quantity. Allows you to take the dose that you would like. As someone who likes to snack, after taking these, I have noticed that my cravings to snack throughout the day have decreased significantly!I usually take them in the morning before my 12 hour hospital shift and have noticed the change in how hungry I get before my lunch break. I feel more satiated with meals and don't feel as hungry before I am able to eat again.
