I had a headache for days. I initially blamed it on lack of good sleep. Once I figured that it was my sinuses this medicine got rid of my headache. I'm still a bit congested, but the headache is gone so I'm happy. The only negative is that the pills are quite large. Normally I can swallow several pills at once. This one I have to swallow one at a time.

And again I've purchased more medicine than I care to count. This is a great product. It's says 4 every 4 hours however after two days I find most days one at night it would be costly to take 4 every 4 hours however I don't think you'll need that many everyday It's worth the money to be able to sleep with a closed mouth
