This came very quickly, oone day after ordering, was well packages, very fresh, no bitterness, well shelled and cleaned. if you agree with their philosohy about probiotic soil being better than certified organic farming, then this is a good deal. There is no staleness or broken or bad almonds visible in this bunch, and i decanted them in a large glass jar, so smelled noting wrong and they look and taste great.

I use the almond cow to make our own almond milk to save money and avoid additives. These almonds always make the milk come out best and kids like the milk better. Also great snack on their own !

My first bag tastes nothing even close to Marcona almonds. Halfway through the bag, I'm noticing 2-3 nuts that are slightly softer, closer to a marcona texture, than the vast majority of the bag. The company reached out, apologized and sent another bag. I was really hoping the texture and taste weren't even close to as stated in the product description due to mishandling during shipping or storage. Unfortunately, that just wasn't the case. They're regular, salted almonds, at least upon the initial opening of the bag. Maybe they'll have a few random softer ones in the middle, like the first bag.They're still delicious,though...roasted with a clean oil (olive) and sea salt, both strictly for flavor since nuts produce their own, natural oils. They just don't taste anything close to Marconas... which are like an almond and macadamia nut had a baby.I purchased these to help with my blood pressure and would purchase them again. Just don't expect them to taste like Marconas.

Have bought many times. Though I prefer organic overall, I realize they are not organic but read the ENTIRE description and understand their methods and approve. Bulk is the way to go with almonds and these are completely worth the investment. Wild Soil is an excellent product and I will purchase another when this is finished. Used in smoothies, baking, homemade almond milk and anything else I can think of. Thank you, bees of California!
