Installed on a 1997 honda shadow vt600c. Runs great, no issues in over 300 miles. Only thing is if you us the stop switch to turn off bike the pump will keep running. You have to use the key to turn it off. Not a big deal and may just be unique to my bike. Would buy again.

Install was fine and easy, everything appeared to be perfect. After 2 weeks I was driving and the pump stopped working. I tested it by running power directly to it. Nothing.This pump caused more hassles because I had to get a tow home and now I have to reinstall a new pump. Bench test proved the pump is bad. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. This is one of those things you should not skimp on with Bolo junk.

I rigged this to suck through a stiff, narrow tube that I can stick down to the bottom of a marine fuel tank via the fuel pickup fitting. From there, it pumps into a Yamaha-knockoff marine filter/water separator, then back into the tank (via the tank fill port. Used it to remove a bunch of water and sediment from the bottom of the fuel tank on an old boat. Ran for several hours this way, and also survived a couple of years in the Florida sun. Not sure I would want to use it as the primary fuel pump in a car for a long trip, but worked great for my needs.

Purchased this for a 1971 MGB being repaired for someone. Installed, worked. Third time trying starting car, it started and quit. Pump wasn't running. Checked voltage & ground at pump - both ok. Pump motor was hot and not running. Can't return after only 4 months, apparently no warranty on this, other than Bolo 30 day return policy. No way to contact seller. Someday, I'll learn to stay away from "ChinBolo" crap.Update: changed my rating to three stars after being contacted by Carbole offering a full refund or replacement. I chose replacement as original c/c used was no longer valid. I bumped rating up +2 stars for good customer service. Replacement was sent out immediately. Have not had time to install & see how this one is. Guess I'll see.
