I took this supplement after a extensive research and was well aware of the effects. Long story short it’s amazing it took about 45 minutes for me to feel like I had more energy. I felt like I was more efficient at work and less anxious. However if you take this without breaks one of the side effects is it may feel harder for you to breathe

While this herb was to help with memory, similar but different that st.johns wart, I found this herb fixed my allergies but did not have a noticeable effect on memory like st.johns wart did. Still very useful product.Over all no complaints, have recommended to others and has helped their memory and mood. What works for one person may effect another different.
