This 400 mg B2 is great at helping get rid of migraines when combined with 2 other products. I ordered this product/2 other products/with all 3 products together they work amazingly great. The day I received my B2 I had a migraine that was a pain level 9, and I had had it for several days prior. I wrote down the time that I took it/the other 2 products this is what I did. I took one 400 mg of Nutricost Vitamin B2 and Migraine Defense 2 caps as directed/Magnesium oil spray by Essentially based. At 12:55 pm I took the supplements/I applied the magnesium oil spray to my forehead, both temples/back of my neck/both sides of my neck/my shoulders. By 1:25 pm i'm feeling way more relaxed, my migraine isn't as bad in fact it's almost gone/the pain level is about a 2/the nausea is almost gone, it's lingering in the background. Hooray it is now 2:21 pm and the migraine/nausea are completely gone. I've now been taking this for 8 days/in the 8 days I've only had 3 different migraines that have tried to come/stay however using these 3 products together really makes a huge difference. They didn't last as long, they lasted anywhere from 3 hours to about half the day and a pain level of 3-4 , verses lasting 3 to 9 days with migraine pain level of 8, 9 or 10 . Once these bad weather storms are gone then there should be no migraines as it is the bad weather that causes my migraine headaches/the ocular migraines in my eyes/I have photophobia light sensitivity due to 3 traumatic brain injuries. I Never had migraines or photophobia until the head injuries, it's terrible however thanks to these 3 great products combined, I think maybe i'll be able to keep the migraines under control at least i'm hopeful. Thanks for making a great product. I'll continue to order this product lifetime along with the other 2 products as a way to keep migraines under control. :)

I love that you only have to take 1 pill to get your 400 mg daily. It is so much nicer and easier than some other brands that are only 100 mg per pill so you end up taking 4 pills a day. With this one you get more quantity for your money which is definitely a better value than others.
