Great, simple and accurate. I like that it uses standard AA batteries instead of button batteries that are harder to replace. Also love the fold up probe. Much easier to store and prevent damage.

It's very nice. Simple and works well. It comes with a AAA battery. We had the old version for a long time until it finally died. This one also includes has a built in magnet if you want to attach it to the fridge.

This is my 3rd one. It’s truly the best one I’ve found. It’s accurate, easy to use and clean. I love it. My only problem with it is they break eventually. The last one I had broke because I accidentally put a pan on top of it on the drying rack and too much water dripped on it, killing it. A battery change did not help. Despite having to be extra careful with it so it doesn’t break, it’s the best out there!

Great quality and certainly does the job! This meat thermometer is great for storage, given its folding feature and magnet. I keep mine on the side of my fridge next to my stove. The visibility is good and I would say that I have not had any issues with any inaccurate temperature reading.

Very accurate. I also use a digital in oven thermometer when making roasts. This works perfectly for smaller thing's, not that it wouldn't also work for that. It's perfect for pan cooking, microwave and many more applications. I also use it for liquidtemperature's that have to be right. DON'T use it for oil or candy they make a thermometer for that.Very happy with my choice of this item.

I bought this as a gift for my son to help him get the best results cooking high-quality meats from a specialty supplier. It's his favorite color, red, which will also make it easy to spot wherever he hangs it by its hook or attaches it on a metal surface by the strong magnets. Before giving it to him, I unpacked it and put in the supplied battery, which is an easy-to-find AA, so when that eventually needs replacement, he won't have to scramble around to locate a button battery. When I tested it, the response was lightning quick and seems very accurate. I believe he will like it very much. I know that I like it enough to order one for myself, since the thermometer I have been using for years is much slower to respond, has only an analog dial display that requires the user to estimate the result, has a bulky sheath for its stem, and has no hook or magnets for easy storage.
