One of these lasts me for a while, because I take the adobo sauce, one chipotle pepper and puree it with things like sour cream, mayo, etc to make a gorgeous and robust sauce. I use it on sandwiches, pasta, as a dip, scrambled eggs, potatoes, you name it. I freeze what I don't use right away and thaw it overnight for the next batch. My husband goes nuts for this and wants it on everything, lol.It's a bit spicy for me, hence the dairy and mayo version (mutes the heat level but not the flavor) but it's smoky, rich and adds great depth to ANYTHING!

Great price for a small can of Adobo and Chipotle peppers. These are fairly hot, but nothing overpowering (YMMV since everyone reacts differently to spice). The peppers were also easily shredded without much effort making it easier to mix these into other dishes more evenly.

Great for quick Instant Pot skinless drum sticks with added crushed tomato and veggies. I layered 10 alternating with sauce. The covered pot-in-pot method conserves the drippings while preventing dilution from steam and pot burn error. 1500 ml pure titanium camp pot from Bolo adds food safety for fast cool-down when meal prepping. It's an essential I.P accessory for me.

I’m not sure why these are so inexpensive compared to the other brand, at least around me, but they seem to be the real deal, and tasted great both on their own and in a chipotle BBQ recipe I made (if looking for a very easy homemade BBQ sauce that people will request from you for the next decade, you’re looking for the sauce in Jeff Mauro’s Smothered BBQ Chicken recipe!)For those exacting folks, this had around 10 fairly large smoky peppers in it submerged in sauce. I used one plus a little adobo sauce in the recipe and put the rest in a freezer meal prep device split into 9 portions, so next time I make this sauce I can grab a little frozen puck containing one pepper with sauce instead of buying a new can.

I love these - while I could do without the added sugar, these are really tasty, store well in the fridge, and are a quick way to add a lot of flavor to canned beans. They're also much less expensive than other comparable brands.
