Wrap is really ... really ... REALLY Good ... however ...My wrapping skills suck - everything that could "possibly" go wrong did & it's TOTALLY my fault - thus Do Not Blame this Wrap if your project doesn't turn out. I wrapped two different coffee tumblers years ago - I wrapped a Starbucks tumbler 5 years ago using the first gen VViViD wrap & it's held up perfectly - I can throw the tumbler into the dishwasher & have so several times & the wrap hasn't warped / thinned etc - so I know VViVid make a very good wrap. The second tumbler I did about 3 years ago - it's a YETI - same results flawless & the wrap has stood the test of time. This time however - I messed up big time - this project was re-wrapping the hood of my 2024 Honda Civic. The first wrap I just bought of e & it went on "ok" never could get all the creases out & the nail in the coffin was on a seam that wouldn't bond & after a month of trying everything - I had to take it up. Replacing it with the VViViD+ - I "did" have high hopes - until I starting working with the wrap - it's WAY heavier then the other no name wrap I bought & it's WAY stickier then I had expected - once it makes contact with the bond service - it's not going to easily be brought back up - result - WAY more waves I could have possibly imagined & creases - oh good lord the creases - again - totally my fault - I had "presumed" it was the same stick properties of the first wrap which did allow me to uplift & stretch the wrap - sadly - not the VViViD+. The final blow to my mess of a job was the trimming part - I over trimmed in some areas & under trimmed in other. NOT Blaming the Wrap - I'm just a average joe with average skills when it comes to this type of work. In "hind" sight - what probably would have worked WAY better was MORE preplanning & using a lubricant made of dish soap & distilled water - as I've used in the past when applying large decals & stripes to other vehicles I've owned in the past ... sigh ... live & let learn ...Bottom line & in closing ...VViViD make REALLY great products - just over think your project - pre trim your work & then be prepared to use a lubricant - especially if you want to be able to slide your work around on a large surface.Ordering another roll sothat I can:a) do MORE preplanningb) pre cut my wrap sothat it'll fit the hood better &c) I'll be using a lubricant this time to be able to move my piece around be able to work the surface before it sticks & lastly ...d) COMPLETELY wait sothat the wrap is dry & set BEFORE I trim...

This vinyl wrap material is great. Easy to work with after a little practice. Adheres nicely with a low powered heat gun. Just not too much heat. great match on the color for my application.

Will update review after test application on miata fiberglass top, but first impression is much more yellow than picture suggests. Think of Porsche Acid Green and look for further examples of this particular brand/color before committing to purchase esp for whole car. I'll be going with a different color to complete the project. Fortunately this stuff is affordable enough for practice/temporary usage.Gloss finish is nice in sunlight.Shipping is long rigid cardboard box and plastic sleeve over the roll, but some black scuffs on the face of the vinyl were immediately apparent.Update: first-timer, but fairly easy to apply! must be careful taking backing off (extra hands suggested) or it can wrinkle. Not very stretchy, but can pull pretty hard without damaging. Wrap self-heals well with heat in case fingers leave marks from pulling.Easy to vent bubbles with a sharp poke, then some heat&pressure.Tacky enough to require some effort to release. Some pressure on flats will prevent it from lifting when pulling outward. Heat seems to set the adhesive.Thick enough to hide miniscule imperfections (light pitting) in paint, but leveling any chips and scratches [or removing pesky plasti-dip remnants 🙄] will improve finish.Packaging scuffs/damage only affected the layer touching plastic wrap/boxMost accurate color description I've arrived upon is "Ryobi gloss" 😅

Go elsewhere. Seriously, get 3M, or anything else. If you're considering this wrap to wrap your entire car, don't do it. Kept getting "fingers/wrinkles" no matter what. Yeah, you can take it out with heat, but then you literally have to work mm by mm to get it to cooperate with you.The tackiness is...strange. Some parts seemed tackier than others. I had to wrap around a trim--making sure I pressed it tightly around it. The next day it lifted from the trim causing a bubble in the center. If there was an actual air release, or if it would have adhered better, the bubble shouldn't have been there.Less than a quarter through the roll, there were SEVERAL (at least 10) feet of damaged vinyl. I contacted Bolo and they told me I needed to return it. It was over a week, I no longer had the box and it would have just been more of a hassle.If you're trying to wrap a flat surface,then sure, this will probably work for you.I used other brands before and should have stuck with them. That's what I get for trying to save money.Oh, if it gets slightly cold, it will rip when you're trying to work with it.Another reviewer posted a video of his hood wrapped saying to do it correctly. His hood was sanded. You shouldn't have to sand you car before wrapping. I did all the prep procedures and this wrap still came out horrendous.The air release is only in certain parts. I ended up having several bubbles all over the car.Wasted $300 on this product. If you have a sports car with sharp edges, don't even bother.I could keep going, but this wrap was such a headache. I would NOT RECOMMEND at all.UPFATE: Went to peel off some of it after trying to get it to work forever, and it peeled off my clear coat on my NEW AUDI. $&#! this vinyl SUCKS!

USED TO PUT ON THE BACK OF A SNOWMOBILE TUNNEL, WHEN ADDING A TUNNEL BAG IT KEEPS THE BAG FROM SCRATHING THE TUNNEL
Ford Focus Steering Wheel
For anyone who has a Ford Focus, you may know that the decorative metal foil on the top of the steering wheen can start to peel up over the years. I used this product to hold that foil down and prevent it from scratching my fingers, but I also find the carbon fiber looks better. First application lasted 8 months before it started to peel up from the sunlight. I did it better this time and I don't think it will need to be redone ever.

Absolute hell to work with
Beautiful color. Absolute hell to work with. I've wrapped many things, with many products. I have never had such a hard time with a vvivid product before 60% of it ended up in the trash. If youre not a professional, dont even consider buying this as you will lose your mind trying to apply it
