I’ve never gone to the bathroom regularly. I take 2 of these a day and going like clockwork!!! I’ve been on probiotics and have never gone regularly. Whoever said that it didn’t get to your intestines was wrong. The smell is really not bad I find easy to swallow and very affordable and energy is great. They work for me!!!

I really like this product as the potency of the vitamins are very high so you get your money's worth. Only giving 4 stars because they do stink but if you can get past that it's a good bang for your buck.

I have an issue w/my Thyroid and needed a vitamin without Biotin in it. After a very long search, I stumbled upon these Nutricost Multivitamins. Lo and behold, there is NO Biotin within them! I love these. They give me what I need w/o constipating me and no added issues w/my Thyroid.
