I love this gluten free flour! It has a nice thick texture and is not gritty. I find that my baked goods rise well and have good flavor. I have had no complaints from either gluten free or gluten eaters. Of course like with all gluten free baking I let my batter or dough sit for at least 10 minutes.

The media could not be loaded. We opted for this flour because my husband is gluten intolerant. The taste is great. It’s 1:1 ratio on measuring. The quality is the best on the market in my opinion. The rise is a slightly a little lower than traditional flour, but not lacking in taste. Super easy to use. You get 3 lbs when you order this bag size. I’m able to bake everything like I normally would with regular flour.
