I wanted to leave a review of this Case Elegance watch box since this is actually my second watch box of the same model. Over the years, with changes in my interest on watch models, my watch boxes had also changed. I used to own very cheap boxes from ‘your know where’ to expensive models from Wolf (they still make some of the best, but pricey boxes).Some time back, when I was in need of another spacious watch box, I decided to purchase the case elegance watch box. Then recently when I wanted to get another watch box, I decided to purchase from another brand due to certain drawbacks of the case elegance box (explained below), and had regretted it ever since. I ended up buying another box from case elegance to fix that mistake.Reasons to buy the case elegance box:1. Well finished2. Good quality control (both the boxes I own are well finished, and came well packed during shipment)3. Good display window - does not obstruct the view4. Pillows can accommodate watches of a wide range of wrist sizes (this is important)5. Slots are large enough to accommodate large size watches easily. I don’t worry at all that my dress watches might touch each other and get scratched.6. Slots are also deep enough that the ‘wall separation’ enables most watches to sit deep. Even my dive watches are seated comfortably.Reasons to not buy the case elegance box:1. The finishing on the wood is so thick that the wood grains cannot be seen. So much so that from a distance the box looks to be made of plastic or fiber. (Reason one for me to purchase box of another brand - see attached pic for the beautiful grains on that one)2. I wish the box came with a quadrant hinge. If you are wondering what a quadrant hinge is, please check the attached picture of the other box or just google it. Without a quadrant hinge, the lid does not have that extra support to remain open and I sometimes worry that the lid will close on its own at the lightest touch. The box lid does wobble a bit more due to the lack of support(Reason 2 to get the other brand box)3. The slots are extra roomy and may not be the best for smaller watches or ladies watches.As can be seen, the cons I mentioned were addressed by the other brand box I purchased. It also looks and feels well finished. However, there are a few let downs on the other box:1. The cushions, though much nicer to the touch, does not have any flexibility. I have sized my watches for 6.75 inch wrist- and I can’t properly fit it around the cushion of the second box - this was a major let down.2. Even though the exterior dimensions are not that different, interior is not as well used optimized in this second brand. If you check the attached pictures, my G-Shocks can reside side by side on the case elegance box without any issue, in the other one not so much.3. The glass surface area is not as good as the case elegance box. So, it is not as nice to look through without opening the lid.So, overall, if you are looking for a very well finished watch box with deep slots to accommodate all size watches, with cushions flexible enough to allow a wide range of bracelet sizes, while giving a nice presentation view due to the big glass screen, this is the box to get. It is very well worth the price.

this is the second one i bought fo my watches as iI needed another. This one comes withthese plactic pieces that fit under the pillow to raise up the pillow for nicer display I wish my first one came with those. but overall very nice

I have purchased 3 of these boxes over time. I started with a 6-watch model about 7 years ago. As tends to happen when you start collecting watches I quickly outgrew my 6-watch box and purchased a 12-watch version. Earlier this year I expanded and now have two 12-watch boxes.All three have been well-made and blemish free. I've had no issues with the durability of the boxes and they continue to look just as great today as they did when new.I did mistakenly leave one of the pillows out and my dog chewed it up. I contacted the manufacturer via their website about purchasing a replacement pillow. They replied very quickly and even mailed me a set of pillows at no cost, which I fully expected to pay for. The customer service was overall excellent. I will gladly look to this brand for future watch storage purchases.

This case Elegance is a great budget watch box that doesn't look at all like a budget watch box.The negatives:The clear top appears to be plexiglass but is very clear and has held up well on my previous Case Elegance watch box.The hinges are loose and wiggly and the hinge stop would be better if it let the lid opened a few degrees more so it would be less likely to fall closed if bumped.The coating on the wood is thick and hides the wood grain.The pros:This is a beautiful watch box. The color is a deep brown with a red undertone. The cream felt lining contrasts nicely with the dark box and displays the watches nicely.It came with plastic "stands" so the cushions angle all my watches slightly forward at the same angle.The clear top allows my Eco-Drive watches to maintain a charge from room light and sunlight from a nearby window.I'm very happy that a company makes such a nice looking and affordable watch box. It is much better than the boxes with a fake leather covering that begins to break down after a short time. This box is good looking and I didn't need to spend more money on it than the watches I put in it. I expect it to last a long time.

This watch display/storage case is all it says it is. Made with real wood and seems to be well built. The quality is what I expected for the price with good fitment at the corners. One drawback the “glass” top is not real glass so I agree with a previous reviewer that the ad should be edited to reflect this change. I thought about returning the case but had so many watches to store I just kept it instead. Aside from the lack of real glass I really like the box the watch pillows are well cushioned but could be a little larger so they would fit my wrist size, which is not that large, but they have to fit everyone I suppose. The watches move around a bit if you move the box around a lot but they’re not falling off or anything just another personal pick. All in all it’s a good box I’d buy another one but do wish the top was real glass. It’s a sturdy place to store your watches and the lid stays closed due to the magnets in place for that purpose so no dust either. Worth the money the ads just a little misleading. 4 out of 5 stars.

This case is perfect to display my watches. It's got a felt bottom and a magnetic close. There's enough space so the glass does not touch the watches. Even big bulky watches. There was even enough room to add a bracelet or two with the watches. Gotta wear the bracelet with the watch. I'm glad I gave it as a gift to myself. But it would also make a great gift to give away. It's such a beautiful case. You wont be disappointed. Well maybe only wishing there were more slots.
Very good quality watch box, real wood and glass panel
The media could not be loaded. Honestly, I was impressed by the quality of this watch case at that price. The finish is perfect, hinges are straight and well placed, interior is good and well proportioned.Pros:- Real glass top (If you doubt it, look at Cinderquil's review from May 10th 2020; they actually broke the glass and there's a picture of it - maybe some people get plastic, I got glass)- Nice wood finish- Good size division for watches- Good quality cushions and protective smooth finish- Underside is smooth-foam coated to prevent scratches on your deskCons:- Glass seems to be very thin and might not be very impact resilient- Weird smell, need to be well ventilated before using- Strong magnetically held top might not be a good idea near mechanical watches (put your quartz beside the front corners)

Actualización #2:Me ha llegado la caja de reemplazo, vino igual de bien empaquetada y el envió fue muy rápido. La atención ha sido excelente, realmente se preocupan por la satisfacción del cliente. La caja es hermosa, está en excelente estado, buenos materiales y bonito acabado, estoy muy feliz con la marca de Case Elegance y la puedo recomendar ampliamente. Seguiré comprando más de ellos. También adjunto nuevas fotos.Dejo los comentarios anteriores como historial :)---Actualización:Me he contactado con el soporte de Case Elegance por la garantía de satisfacción y he de comentar que han sido muy rápidos y amables, me enviarán otra caja directamente desde el proveedor. Actualizaré de nuevo cuando llegue y de venir la caja bien le otorgaré las 5 estrellas.---Sería una excelente caja para guardar y organizar tus relojes, lamentablemente la mía vino con defectos que aunque son pequeños sí se notan. Para el precio que se paga creo que no deberían de estar ya que son errores de manufactura o de mano de obra, en cuyo segundo caso no debería de permitirse enviar un producto así.En cuanto a construcción y materiales, se siente sólida, duradera, tiene acabados bonitos, en general es una excelente caja si ignorásemos los detalles. La recomendaría ampliamente pero no sé si a otra persona le pueda llegar con defectos.Me hubiese encantado darle las 5 estrellas ya que es la mejor caja que he visto en Bolo a un buen precio, ya había adquirido también otro producto de Case Elegance el cual tenía un pequeño detalle que lo arreglé fácilmente pero en este caso no es así.
