Easy to install although the cable is too short for a 16' gate. I did have to program the, "OH" setting in the menu for 3 seconds for the lock to work. It will latch with very little pressure and the lock unlocks pretty fast. This was installed on a single 16' farm tube gate with a co z S/D 440 Gate opener. 1 star deleted for the short cable. The manual only shows installation instructions and does not give you programming instructions. I guess different operators vary on programming, but I think it should reference programming and connection instructions per model number. I had to search awhile in my operator manual to set, "OH" time. I suspect customers are sending this back because of incorrect settings. Read the bottom line on attached photo.

I have installed several locks as a low voltage business owner so I have a pretty good idea when something is not working correctly.I installed this lock and had issues with the latch opening upon connecting to a power source correctly. It would get stuck. I contacted support with endless emails of send this upload that do this. Call me for 10 min and we could have resolved the whole issue so many back and forth emails and still sitting here with a broken lock!
