Since purchasing this product, I have been taking this multivitamin daily. Doctor recommended I start to take some daily due to low energy etc. Im glad I came across this product. In about a week or two, Ive seen a significant difference in my energy levels throughout the day. I have been more motivated to do tasks throughout the day versus taking naps due to low energy. Great product and recommend this 100%.Only bad thing is the taste

I have finished my first bottle of these vitamins. Most of the time it takes about 3 months to see a huge difference in skin and nails with vitamins and food changes.However, my nails immediately responded to these vitamins. They are stronger than ever! I have never been able to grow my own nails. With these vitamins I feel like my nails are the biggest change, the next would be my energy level.They have a flavor for sure, I think of it tasking oddly like ramen umami flavor to myself? Not bad but odd. Easily swallowed though with no linger taste, or smell. The performance so far has exceeded any of the other vitamins I have taken I think it is worth the money in my opinion and have ordered my second bottle.Will update at the end of the 3rd month.On the 3rd or 4th month I lost count but great vitamins. My hair is very shiny, nails feeling stronger, have to cut them weekly now. Skin is doing great to, 10/10 for me.
